The room was clean, service of staff is excellent, and the location of the hotel is very easy. the aircon TV, shower and taps works very well.

Most of all I would like too thank the receptionist she was so lovely even the time I was living keep up the good job, making sure that she's checking my room before I go inn hopefully she will keep on doing that

I was not happy with the internet service, room number 1 has serious internet problems, whether at the hotel or individually. The Wi-Fi didn't work for us. The television too, with no quality and no channels, the website says it has DSTV, which in practice it didn't. Other than that, it's a good place to be.

Such a wonderful hotel with good stuff members and it's location is great.. the cleanliness was on another level. Never experienced loadshedding there such a good place to visit again as it was perfect🇿🇦❤️🥇

My stay was nice and the room was very big and beautiful but the air conditioning was making a lot of noise and kettle was not working. The staff was very friendly and assisted me with a smile. Shower was clean and had warm water .

The place is good with a great reception. Good for money. The access to the venue can be improved as I stood by the gate for around 5 minutes. The rooms are good too but there's room for improvement. Nice stay

I enjoyed my stay at coyotes. It is a very calming and relaxing place to be. Ive ben there more than once because of the access to shops which is a walking distance, everything is nearby. It is good value for money. I highly recommend it. It has become my home cz i visit every month🙈

Nelspruit Hotel and Conference Centre service was good and has convenient add on services for meeting. Staff is is friendly and helpful even at short notice. Rooms are well kept and staff check up on what you need

Forgot my key in a friend car receptionist was so helpful by letting me in while I wait for my key to be returned big up. Thank you so much definitely coming back this festive holidays for more fun ❤️❤️
