葉子水療小屋(Leaves Lodge and Spa)

Of the many times we have visited the lodge, this trip was not to our satisfactory standards that we are used to when ever we go to the lodge. The room wasn't up to scratch, there was no phone in the room which means no way of contacting the reception if there's anything we need. The other guest were noisy which ultimately meant we couldn't rest as we have anticipated. The room was supposed to be a self catering but had zero utensils to make anything. I must honestly say we are really disappointed.

Absolutely amazing service, throughout my 3 day stay. I stayed in the gardenia room, which has a sliding door that opens directly to the pool area, room was very clean and spacious. I’ll definitely be back. The room is cleaned daily, Wi-Fi is reliable , breakfast was good, pool area clean, tv worked very well, although it didn’t have all my preferred channels. The place is absolutely quiet, safe and peaceful. All belongings including car well looked after. Spa across road, was amazing Thanks to everyone for making my stay extra special✌

The place is exquisite, rooms were just as seen on pictures. the only problem was the water pressure in the shower in my room was very low, making it impossible to shower, i ended up having to take a bath instead. Either than that everything was immaculate.

Nightmare experience was made to pay more promised a adjustment but still not refunded, struggling to get any reaction so my money stolen.Busy road bad area high crime, unsafe parking,website 100%!!!!misleading. Given a converted garage no view Elvis Presley old motel look, stale smelling room with hyperama carpets old stinky, filthy curtains, we sat all night half electricity no hot water already opened water in mini bar black mold in shower this the worst experience I've had the worst client treatment that the staff had to apologize for the owner what a joke!!I paid nearly R8000 and was left standing in street begging for hot water ive never been treated do badly in my life!! I am left tricked my money taken very very dodgy outfit!

One of the best customer oriented establishments. The receptionist had my check in details on the desk by the time I walked. How he knew it was me , I still don’t know , but it was a good touch. The facilities were excellent!

We had an amazing weekend stay in the main house. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The lodge is located on a quiet street, but close to town. We Would definitely recommend.

Friendly host, got greeted at the door with big smiles and speedy services, check in was a breeze and the rooms was great, everything one could need and more.. the breakfast was also delicious, overal great value for money and I would definitely stay at Leaves again the next time I am in Nelspruit

We loved our massages. We loved the little stream at the bottom of the garden. We did not love the fact that guests were drinking and partying on the pool deck right below the rooms and looked to be there for the duration of the night. We liked the fact that the night manager moved us to across the road to prevent listening to the noise. We certainly did not like the fact that the restaurant was based on a 24-hour notification for lunches and dinners with no pre-warning when booking.. and even with a 24 hour notification we were still advised we could not get dinner - on a Friday night - on my birthday - when the sole purpose of the booking was to book in at a nice lodge, relax, have dinner and sparkling wine, and not drink and drive after. So.. points for the night manager re moving us away from the noise, no points for not taking care of loud customers as I am sure there must be more affected guests, no points for the day manager who promised to, but never came back to us regarding if dinner was on or not.

We enjoyed our stay. Food was excellent, service was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. They accommodated us with some requests, which added that personal touch to a very special stay. We will definitely make use of Leaves again.
