莫澤霍夫酒店(Hotel Moserhof)

Mooi,klassiek hotel. Echt nog de Oostenrijkse sfeer van weleer. Wij sliepen hier een nacht op doorreis en dat is perfect＞ Mooie kamers , zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en bediening. Ontbijt is zeer goed evenals de dinerkaart.Bij het hotel ruime parkeeplaats (gratis). Aanrader zeker als doorreis hotel vanwege zijn ligging.

Um encanto! O hotel fica em meio a montanhas, é todo decorado no estilo do Tirol, cheio de detalhes graciosos e mobiliário típico. Oferece otimo café da manhã e estacionamento gratuito. O quarto é amplo, com varanda com vista para as montanhas. O único porém é o carpete. Tem uma jacuzzi e saunas para relaxar. Uma excelente escolha que fiz de cruzar a fronteira ao invés de me hospedar em Füssen. Alguns quilometros a mais valeram muito à pena.

O hotel é encantador, com estacionamento gratuito e em meio às montanhas. Café da manhã excelente. Em cada canto um detalhe gracioso, bem como a mobília, seguindo a decoração do Tirol. O quarto era espaçoso com varanda. O unico porém é o carpete. Há um espaco "spa" com uma jacuzzi e sauna. Recomendo muito para quem vai visitar o Castelo Neuschwanstein, ao invés de ficar em Füssen dirigir mais alguna quilometros até a Austria e curtir a sensação de acordar com a vista das montanhas.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a coach tour. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Breathtaking views. What's not to like! Food was lovely, with a good selection. There seemed to be sufficient parking. Many guests seemed to use this as part of a walking tour and seeing the mountains around the area, I can well understand this. Quiet and restful place.

Warning: A heavy brass key inscribed with your room number and the name of the hotel (Hotel Moserhof) is provided at check-in. If you misplace the key, you will be charged 140 Euro. I had the unfortunate experience of misplacing the key as it happened to slide into a hidden compartment in the dash of our rental car. After leaving the hotel the next morning and driving to our next destination, the key slide out. Only being 20 minutes away, I returned the key to the hotel and I was reimbursed the 140 Euro. I informed the hotel at check-out that I was not able to find the key. The owner or manager was extremely unpleasant and he forcefully informed me with an expression of anger that I would be charged 140 Euro. I informed him that I would pay the charges but that I felt that I needed to alert other travelers reserving a room at this hotel of this situation. The desk clerk had given me access to my room the evening before she departed so that I could re-enter my room for the night. I had not thought of the implication that the key could be in the hands of someone who might cause harm. The worst part of the experience was that I got very little sleep the night the key was lost. I was frightened that if someone had found the key, they had the ability to unlock there front door of the hotel and a key to my room. I moved all the chairs against the door for some security. There was no one at the front desk through the night who could assist me in changing rooms. There was a number on the front door for emergencies only. During check-out, the hotel desk clerk did not speak fluent English so it was difficult to work with her but she found a colleague who spoke English that was kind and helpful and I truly appreciated her assistance in paying for the key and resolving the issue. There are many wonderful hotels in this region, I would advise you to think carefully before reserving this hotel to avoid an unpleasant experience in the event of a misplaced room key.

We had trouble communicating….no spoke English. Not a queen been but rather two beds moved together. Staff was friendly.
