房間很好，雖然價格不低，但是商務出差符合公司標準。每天的早飯是很豐富的當天美食。

到店後還要收取73美金！！告知是什麼修理費！每個人都需要交，疑問的時候前台那個大鬍子男的説你不同意你可以離開！強制收費！在埃及遇到的唯一大坑貨就是這家店和前台的男人！ 進去後洗手間是濕的，被子上有毛髮！ 非常噁心

他撒謊、欺騙、剝削海灣國家公民，而且在辦事中缺乏職業操守。我不推薦他。

我選擇這家飯店是因為它地理位置便利，距離展覽中心只有5公里。而且，同名的阿拉貝拉購物中心（Arabella Mall）就在步行5分鐘的路程內，那裡可以買衣服、在超市買食品，還有幾家餐廳可供選擇。但是，入住這家酒店之後，我意識到在埃及，最好只選擇知名的連鎖飯店，千萬不要選擇像這樣的私人飯店。這家旅館的員工似乎都只是來上班的，第一次見到遊客，對遊客的問題一無所知。前台只有一個人會說英語，其他人連最簡單的字彙都聽不懂。到處都是問題，即使是小問題，也會影響入住體驗，對吧？而且，所有問題的答案都一樣：「先生，非常抱歉…」 回答時帶著一種憐憫的神情，眼神躲閃，低著頭。很明顯，大聲喊叫和咒罵根本無濟於事。早餐會送到房間，但如果你要求9點送來，肯定不會有。他們可能8點15分就來敲門，或是9點20分就送來了。而且不管你什麼時候要求，都不會有。水供應一直是個問題。此外，餐具也可能缺失；你問了之後，叉子會給你，但湯匙卻沒有。你會得到優格或其他勺叉組合，但就是沒有刀，即使有加工乳酪。一開始，水是溫的，或者更可能是冷的，根本無法洗漱。但後來水開始變得滾燙，燙得幾乎能燙傷人。我根本無法調整水溫。令人驚訝的是，來的「專家」竟然也找不到問題所在。我入住的時候，房間裡一個衣架都沒有，衣櫃裡一個衣架桿不見了，而且沒有椅子，儘管有一張桌子。在這裡，他們也沒能立刻解決問題。他們沒有給我椅子，而是讓我坐在離我有點遠的床上。吧台和衣架的問題，以及其他各種問題，花了大約40分鐘才解決。最後，吧台實在太長了，他們乾脆放棄了。帶兩瓶水也是個問題。沒人否認這是必須的，但事情就是這麼簡單。處理旅遊稅帳單也十分棘手。一開始，我收到的帳單上沒有簽名也沒有蓋章。直到我回到莫斯科，我才收到第二版。但最重要的是，他們像往常一樣向我保證，情況一定會好轉，下次一切都會很完美！朋友們，我不知道你們的飯店是否還有下次？真是太遺憾了…

We stayed at Arabella Residence for five nights. The hotel looks recently renovated and modern, with most rooms updated, but some rooms are still not renovated. The quality of workmanship doesn’t meet German standards, and there was dirt left in corners and the cleaning wasn’t thorough at first. However, after our Arab friends spoke with the staff, the cleaning improved significantly and rooms were properly cleaned every day.The hotel is located on a busy road, so there is some noise at night. Whether you notice it a lot depends on your room location, as the rooms at the back of the hotel are very quiet.It’s comfortable enough for a short stay, but for our standards, it felt overpriced compared to other hotels in the area. On one day, parts of our bathroom were missed during cleaning. Nevertheless, one staff member’s friendliness and helpful attitude more than made up for this. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and tried hard to make our stay pleasant. However, communication between management and the cleaning team seemed lacking.There was no formal reception desk—check-in and check-out happened informally on a sofa in the hotel entrance. I want to especially highlight the helpfulness of a staff member with glasses, a beard, and a fuller figure who was dedicated to managing our bill adjustments.I hope the hotel resolves its issues soon, as it has potential to be a recommendable place.

I stayed at Arabella Residence for about a week while visiting Cairo for both business and a bit of sightseeing, and overall, I had a great experience. The property feels boutique-style — clean, modern, and clearly recently renovated. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. I especially appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the little touches like the rain shower and comfortable bedding. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff? Incredibly kind and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed — even helping me arrange late-night transportation and giving solid food recommendations nearby. That said, no place is perfect — and I always appreciate a review that tells it like it is. The reception is a bit small (definitely not a dealbreaker, but if you're checking in with a lot of guest, you’ll notice). Also, while the location is safe and in a great part of New Cairo, it's not exactly walking distance to tourist sites — so plan on using Uber or having a car to visit old cairo about 20 min driving But honestly, the peace and comfort you get in return is worth it. Would I stay again? Absolutely. It’s clear that the owners care about quality, and it shows. Arabella Residence isn’t a five-star hotel — but you feel it is. It’s cozy, clean, and dependable — exactly what I needed.

Nice experience very clean and great location Thank you again for all the staff and mangment in this amazing place. This is my third visit and every visit I notice a lot of improvement and enhancement in their service. Would definitely recommend for a business trip in new cairo or for a people looking for a central location near to the sightseeings 20 min and in a luxury area
