I approached the front desk for assistance getting a cab and they say they don’t do it! They only do cabs from hotel to airport, without even trying to solve it and just stare coldly to me! This short fair lady and a Singh was so unfriendly and should go back to hospitality school which will wipe their mouth and dinosaur mindset of the word “no”. Totally a disservice to customers who wants solutions not just a word!
