HORRIBLE! just horrible, the guy in the front desk was so rude and refused check in claiming that they dont accept oyo bookings cos the price is lower even though they have it listed on MMT and elsewhere, he said things like "aap jaise log free me rehne aa jaate hai" and "agar aap me himmat hai to aap MMT se unlist karwa dijiye warna chup rahiye" . and besides that the hotel is in a cramped lane with no board whatsover, the lobby area stinks, the employees are beyond rude, dont wear masks , overall the worst experience
