I did-not stay at hotel the customer care of make my trip is big scam there is no responces at all biggest scam make my trip i have not stay at hotel because i mentioned mr. But how its change to ms. So hostel does not allow me to stay i tried serval times fr make my trip customer care but there is no responce at all. Worst experience kindly refund my amount

I stayed for one day. * location is nearest to ramkrishna ashram metro (3 min walk) while new delhi railway station is 10 min way so very easy to reach. * service and behavior of staf was very good and positive. * rooms ac was was working well so room was cold enough. *but, as property is quite old so moisture and smell was there in the room. * ac in the room was spilling water so water was everywhere in room. * washroom was clean but needed repair. * property is at 1st floor so u have to drag ru luggage by yourself. Location:5/5 food:4/5 amenities:2. 5/5 service:4/5

Poor condition of the room, unhygienic environment and they have written no smoking inside the room but when u just enter you get exhausted by the smoke inside the room. I just suffered that day and they don’t even help me out their hospitality is zero i will not recommend this to anyone. Toilets our hygiene. Totally terrible experience

I have booked it for yesterday from 12 pm but i have informed them that i will reach there at late night around 11 pm. I have reached at the locality where this hotel was situated. But the given address was not accessible when i have called them they were misguided me by saying that my hotel is here and there. I was very much depressed but there behavior. My auto driver in whose auto i was reached at the locality, also talked to the person available on phone and asked him to come at a center point to receive me but he denied to come. I have also asked some other hotels and local shop keepers about this bunk hotel but no body have any idea about this hotel. Then at last i have to book another hotel at an extra and heavy cost at late night of 11:45 p. M. Just only for 4 - 5 hours. I have booked this hotel by make my trip and paid rs. 449- to you, which was totally west-ed also i have paid rs. 250 to the auto for moving with me to search this rubbish property where you booked me.

The hostel has a good vibe that makes it more welcoming to all kinds of travellers. I think it brings the hippie travel concept that we generally don’t get to see in urban cities. My one suggestion would be that they need to pay more attention to cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms.

The stay was so comfy, the drom was clean and the stuff were very friendly. I like the fact that with ac in the room it is super effort-able and the location is also good, i also got to meet and greet very friendly people. Would go there whenever i go to delhi next.
