紐黑文酒店(New Haven Inn)

The price was great, nevertheless I shouldn’t have to ask to have towels and a bed comforter or toiletries. The whole property feels looks like it’s falling apart. No microwave or fridge in the rooms. I’ve been in 2 starts Motels that had better amenities. I’ve learned my lesson. But surprisingly enough the property seems to get booked quite often.

Place is being remodeled. Front desk person was nice and helpful. It’s nothing fancy but if you just need a place to sleep it’s fine. Good tv and channels. They could put a little effort into cleaning up the lobby and putting the random items somewhere else.

The bathroom tub was disgusting. The tv didn't work. The sheets were burn and full of stains. The mattress were so uncomfortable and gross. I will never go there again. The area outside the room was full of garbage and the stairs smell like human urine. It look like homeless park ! And the policy of not return your money now I know why !!! Is like you are getting to your worst nightmare!!!

Wish you guys could help us for the hotel receipt. We needed both of guests name on it.

I should have known by the human trafficking posters in the lobby this place was bad. First I was given a room someone was already in. It was on the second floor and I could barely get pass the piss smell in the stairwell. Next room was non smoking but smelled like an ash tray. The bed spreads and curtains has burn holes. The bathroom looked disgusting. There is a another building to the side and behind that were abandoned. Im pretty sure there are alot of violations with this place. We stayed for 10 minutes and left. Just horrible….. DO NOT go here!!!!!!!!!

This place was disgusting could not even stay their puke on floor not even cleaned up, beds had bottom sheet only and dirty bed spred just ran away drove home ripped off total dump

No frills value hotel. Clean friendly. Close to highway.

The Jamaican maintenance guy was great, very friendly and helpful. The front desk I asked for 2 towels they only gave me one I said I need another for my wife they said only one, I told my wife to use half of the towel I use the other. The door need fixing, the entrance and carpet are so dirty. The next door hotel cars in and out at least there was someone always outside. I didn’t sleep watching my car making sure people seen me. The worst no TV remote watch only one channel. lol Never again! 30K investment will help the motel. Contact me to put a budget together to bring it up to date.
