Wouldn't book again. Paid for balcony, 1st night was not given because " sold out" but no refund could be given. Next sent to a room that had no working shower. Only 1 attendant helpful. Walking distance from Burbon street. But wouldn't book again.

Non working safe, too few towels for 2 people, mold on the ceiling and vents and antiquated a/c.

It was fine as a place to crash during Mardi Gras. The heat in our room didn’t work at all, so it was very cold the entire stay. Our friend’s room had dirty towels and no refrigerator, despite asking for one multiple times (since it’s included in the room rate). There is no breakfast of any kind and their in house restaurant is only open on weekends. Overall we only needed to sleep there, so it was fine. It was VERY close to bourbon street, but far enough that it was quiet.

Was very surprised at how rundown this property was. Elevator floors were severely damaged, none of the ice machines worked on any of the guest floors, pool had algae growing, restaurant was hardly open, the King Deluxe with balcony guest room’s carpet needed a steam cleaning, bathroom light was missing a cover, and there were only 3 outlets in the room total. Don’t let the photos fool you. For over $250 a night ($300 with parking), it was not even motel quality.

No security, vehicles were broken into that were parked in the designated parking space, breakfast options was limited, no coffee,

For my stay 2/10/24 - 2/15/24, there was no TV. The bathroom sink was not draining properly. I have pictures and videos of both to share.

This hotel is very poor. As soon as we arrived to our room we noticed our bathroom sink was clogged & our air conditioner was not working. Both were fixed the same night but the air-conditioner was extremely loud & it leaked into our tub. We did not have a working tv during the entire stay. The gym only had a set of 50 & 60lb db & a non working treadmill. This is a horrible place to a stay. Pay more & stay elsewhere. Not worth it

The location is unbeatable, and the courtyard is gorgeous. However, the hotel itself was a wreck. The first day I arrived the thermostat was stuck at 80 degrees, and after four separate times of asking to get it fixed did it finally get done. Also, our door would never lock, so anyone could walk in at any time if they wished. I had to go to the front desk multiple times a day because it would get fixed, only for it to break again. By the second day I was on a first-name basis with the staff because of how often I had to ask them to fix things that shouldn’t have been broken in the first place. Also, the WiFi was a joke. It never worked, and I got no reception in my room, so it was absolutely pointless. The rooms themselves were very rundown, so don’t expect updated accommodations. The real selling points are the location, general old-world charm, and the very friendly staff. However, I will never be staying here again. For the sheer amount of money I paid, I cannot believe how disappointing this stay was. Save your money and find somewhere else.
