My room and the view was beautiful and over the top. However, my room had no running water for my entire stay! I was initially offered a discount of $150, my stay was $700. I was not happy with that at all. I was told to wait for the manager tomorrow to speak with her regarding my experience. The following day, I spoke with the manager who stated that she offer us another room, but it would be a downgrade. Of course we declined. I only asked that maintenance come to fix the issue. The same day, after maintenance came, the toilet wouldn’t flush! We had to use the restroom in the lobby. It wasn’t until I spoke with the manager again during check out that I expressed how unsanitary it is to not have water in a hotel room that we paid good money for that she offered to comp the room! My stay was terrible!

We stayed at this property 9/1-9/4. On out 2nd night, the last working elevator stopped working. Our rooms were on the 9th and 12th floors and we were required to use the stairs at this point. Sunday evening around 4pm we were moved to the 5th floor with less than 24 hours until checkout. Monday morning when we checked out the desk clerk advised that we would be compensated for Saturday night and to contact ******* because we booked third party. After several attempts to reach the hotel they finally advised ******* that we would not be compensated after they promised such.

The hotel’s location was perfect; within walking distance of just about everything, but away from all the noise of Bourbon Street. The hotel rooms are a very nice size. However, the towels are worn & need to be replaced, the soap holder in the shower was rusted, the vents & water holes in the bathroom sink were filthy. We also found stains on the covers & some unknown small particles on the painting above the bed. The rooms could use a more thorough cleaning!! The hotel staff & valet (Bull) were very nice.

The front desk staff and valet/ bellman were super nice and helpful. The front desk woman that checked us in was super nice. I called and wanted to check in sooner. So she said to go ahead and book my reservation online for the king bedroom suite at a lower rate and when we arrived the only room that was check in ready was a 2 queen bedroom suite at a higher rate. She allowed us to check in to the 2 bedroom queen at the lower rate I booked online. The bellman/ valet was very helpful and speedy with our bags and car. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It could have used another sweep and vacuum, (that might just be me because I’m a neat freak), but all in all it was a very nice room. I was there with my 7year old for a weekend staycation. I promised her one because she had just had her tonsil surgery last week and she loves hotels and room service. Lol I would recommend this hotel to others.

The valet service was very convenient and not as pricy as some hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and service was fast. Everything worked fine and was clean for the most part. We did notice issues with some of the coffee mugs not being clean. We had an issue with noise from the elevator and talking very late at night from surrounding units. In all we had a nice time and would recommend this hotel.

I like the area where the hotel is located. The staff of the hotel is very nice and always ready to help. In my opinion the hotel rooms need more attention to be clean and when the description of the room said “city view” I expect to have a city view not the parking lot behind the hotel.

My hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay immensely.
