格拉威爾廣場松德爾酒店(Sonder Gravier Place)

Nous avons séjourné quelques nuits dans cet apparthotel qui était parfait au regard du prix payé. L'appartement était impeccable, l'équipement suffisant pour l'usage que nous en avions (la machine a laver et le séchoir sont un plus indéniable). Il nous aura juste manqué des torchons de cuisine. Le quartier n'est peut être pas le plus intéressant de la Nouvelle Orleans, mais il a l'avantage d'être assez proche du tram et du bus permettant de rejoindre le centre ville rapidement, et à 10 minutes à pied du King Smoothie Center pour ceux qui veulent aller voir un match de NBA. Certains diront que le quartier n'est pas très safe. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème de notre côté (pourtant nous sommes souvent rentres à pied depuis le tram ou le bus et de nuit) donc rien à dire à ce sujet. J'ai lu des commentaires se plaignant de la présence de SDF... Des SDF, il y en a partout a la Nouvelle Orleans, il ne sont pas plus dangereux à Gravier street que dans le French Quarter.

Very spacious and quiet. Loved having secure gated parking and the unit was modern and clean. The only downsides were small water heater made us coordinate laundry and baths and the dishwasher was broken with the front cover removed. Apparently it's been that way for some time too.

No lighting in the parking lot, side security gate was broken, bathroom door doesn't lock, horrible parking,this was my second time staying there. needs a little upgrading,no TV in bedroom probably won't be staying there in the future anymore I can say easy access to super dome

Very unique and clean apartment. 100% correct description. Bed was a bit soft for my taste but bedding was very nice and clean. Everything was available for our stay. We paid for the fence parking to be on a safe side. Building closed and entrance by the code only. We felt safe. We barely used our car. Used Uber to get everywhere besides groceries. Will be recommending your place. Thank you for providing high quality service 👏

Great sized rooms within walking distance to the superdome. No close quality restaurants.

The gate near the back was broken so folks could easily come onto the property other than that I loved It. The apartment was the cutest! I will definitely rent again.

Definitely pay extra for parking, the area is sketchy to say the least. However, the property does offer many points of secure entry so it wasn’t a total deal breaker. Upon check in to the room we were greeted with exposed wiring coming from some sort of appliance in the kitchen. I immediately took a photo and sent it to the messaging service. The same messaging service that literal seconds ago just confirmed we checked in and to reach out with any issues. No response. The room itself was spacious and cute. There is no tv in the bed room section so be mindful if you’re someone who needs a tv to fall asleep. There was an interesting room above the bathroom with a light switch and a light on but no way to get up there or see if anything was up there. Made us a little nervous the whole time. Then there was a cleanliness issue, stuff was smeared all over the bathroom door/wall, in the kitchen, and the couch in the living room was questionable. Oh we found out the mysterious exposed wiring to be the dishwasher as we found the cover for in the laundry room. This is definitely a case of the you get what you pay for. Overall we wouldn’t stay again but it worked for a quick weekend trip.

It was a great stay. Just FYI, the tub is slippery and someone could slip when stepping out. It was not an issue for me but could be an issue for someone with bad balance.
