Clean rooms Breakfast was more than adequate Hope on reception was helpful It’s NOT a 7 minute walk to bourbon street as it says on the website Don’t ask the hotel to book you a cab, they did it for us and the driver tried to rip me off There’s no way to email the hotel before or after your stay which is inconvenient

We’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before, but we loved our stay. This hotel is less than a year old and it’s in an incredible location. Just behind the French Quarter, but close enough to walk to. The staff was very friendly. Shout out to Andrea, Denise, Hope and Summer. I loved that security is tight. The front doors are locked pretty early and a security guard is on patrol all night. The neighborhood is filled with cool restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores and right around the corner from Frenchman St., which is a cool entertainment district with great shopping and restaurants as well. My only complaint is that I wish the rooms had robes and a safe. But I can’t think of anything else that I didn’t like. In fact we’ve decided that we’re going to stay at this hotel each time we visit New Orleans. For the quality of service, the really nice room and bathroom, complimentary breakfast, security and location, this hotel is an incredible value. The management must be top notch to know how to hire a great staff! Thank you! 🙏

I filtered hotels with parking on the app and this hotel showed up, so I booked it. Upon arrival however, it turns out that the parking on the hotel cannot be used by guest. You must pay 50 bucks to get the valet parking to park your car inside the property, I big inconvenience when free parking was what I was looking in first place. Definitively not worth the price!

We were happy with our stay from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We arrived several hours before check-in, but our room was ready, so we were able to check in early and start enjoying our vacation. The location was perfect for us and the things we wanted to do. ALL of the staff were helpful and kind, especially Summer and Adonica. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NOLA.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Just a block or so from the French Market. We were gone most of the day, but our AC wasnt cooling the way it should. Had Maintence there two days of our four day stay. They didnt have a supplemental fan to offer us. Did offer to move us, but it was late at night, and it would have meant packing up and moving to the opposite end of the hotel. Was suggested that we open the sliding door, but it was just as warm outside it is was inside Water pressure was low, was told that was a city issue.

Everything was great except for that Regular Coffee absence for 2 consecutive mornings while they “waited for the delivery “. I am a retired retail pharmacist and remember seeing a Walgreens store manager sending someone to CVS to get an out of stock OTC item to accommodate a regular customer’s needs though this was a loosing money situation. Could not believe that there was actually no one available to pick up an emergency supply of ground coffee from a local store to cover this necessity. Everyone at breakfast sure noticed. Some value that caffeine fix more than the food available. Otherwise, I certainly enjoyed my stay with you. I was advised that this is a new unit. Maybe time and experience will help in the future. Overall stay was nice and comfortable. Spacious room with all amenities. Breakfast was healthy and fresh. Good lobby and appreciable breakfast area. However, no secure parking area available. Parking at own risk in nearby outside street area. Washroom slippers were not available.

5-20 mins from main strips ( Bourbon, Decatur). Close to food spots and far enough away to get a good sleep. Staff was amazing! Also the free morning lobby breakfast was perfect, especially the waffles! Highly recommended
