卡萊爾旅館(Carlisle Inn)

What a beautiful hotel. Our first time staying here. It was our anniversary. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. One room had the toilet and shower and the other room was for hanging clothes and getting changed. They both had sinks. Great for two people getting ready at the same time. Every room has a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Restaurant, theater, gift shop and market are all on property and can be walked to. Hotel is on the east border of Sugarcreek, about 9 miles from Berlin. A short drive but reasonable.

Mandy at the front desk was fantastic! I just mentioned in conversation checking in that my wife and I were there for our anniversary and once we were in the room there was a knock at the door, Mandy sent up a sweet hand written letter, two wine glasses and a bottle grape drink. Very thoughtful of her and it made our weekend.

We like to stay here anytime we are in the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Love the onsite bakery, restaurant, and shop. Staff is always friendly and the breakfast is delicious. We have never been disappointed.

I was delighted to find that the suites are each uniquely decorated as this was my second visit. Beautiful spacious room, the 2nd floor suite leads to a wraparound porch with chairs and tables for outside enjoyment. The site photos do not include the beautiful working fireplace or overhead ceiling fan that allow for comfort for all people staying in the suite. The free breakfast includes many choices such as sausage, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cold cereal to name a few. The beautiful enclosed pool is clean and inviting, adjacent to the dining room. Staff is friendly, all areas are spotlessly clean, the 24 hour coffee, and nightly cookies and popcorn are a special treat. Everything excellent, we will be back!

We love it here! Have stayed here 2-3 times a year going on about 15 yrs now. A peaceful place in beautiful surroundings to relax and rejuvenate.

Wonderful stay here over the weekend. It’s such a home like feeling in the hotel. I honestly wouldn’t even call it a hotel it feels like a lodge. A great continental breakfast with local baked goods. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. As well as a snack at night, it was like staying at grandmas house. Loved every second of it! Will definitely be back again!

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the breakfast was really good, the motel was overall the best experience we ever had staying away, we will definitely be returning very soon for another wonderful stay. If we could we would give a rating of 10

The property is immaculate and the staff is very friendly. The evening snacks are a nice treat to end the day.

A treat all around for a winter break and birthday celebration. Beautiful in the middle of the country...a little campus to enjoy, with entertainment, spaces to relax, shopping, eats etc. (food not great but that I hope they improve on...)
