Overall, I was happy with my stay. The only major negative issue that I experienced was the high room temperature with heat coming from the bathroom floor, which I had no control on. I had to sleep with both windows open at nights.

Lovely welcome n arrival. The hotel is n the seafront with great views. We were visiting family so was not in th hotel much. Great choice of food at breakfast.

Lovely hotel on a nice quiet part of sea front. Very clean inside. Had a great room on the first floor overlooking the sea. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Food in the Cliffe restaurant was very good. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay - the seaview from our room was a great bonus. It was comfortable with a great shower and a comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and the food and drink in the bar and restaurant are highly recommended.

Nice hotel, with a view! Dinner package was very affordable and dinner was excellent! We enjoyed our stay. Beds were not very comfortable, but for a night's stay that is a mnior nuisance...

The hotel is convenient when using Eurotunnel. We have used it before.this time due to various tunnel delays we arrived at 8.30 on Sunday night. The place looked deserted the receptionist informed us the restaurant was closed and she had no idea where we could go to eat. Had we got Deliveroo?!

Well located on the Folkestone Leas this hotel had everything needed for a safe and interesting holiday. The only downer was the lack of air conditioning on our floor. This deficiency is scheduled to be taken care of in the new year.
Excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great walking area and excellent breakfasts. Will be our lodging choice again when we revisit Folkestone.
