紐約曼哈頓/市中心東區萬怡酒店(Courtyard New York Manhattan/Midtown East)

Location and facilities are great. Close to the subway station and they have a gym and a place for breakfast. However, our room had a really strong smell that is coming from the carpet which smelled like bleach covering some vomit or stinky milk. It was so bad the minute you enter the room you can smell it. We tried opening the window for the whole night, the smell’s still here. Tried seek help from the front desk and they said they sent a machine to suck out the air in the room. But when we’re back to the room, it still stinks. Also, the blanket for the sofa bed seems dirty, it has a lot of stains on it…

Looks like it will be my long stay as location is perfect, no other complaints, thank you for the help from Mimi and Marta.

Hôtel très bien situé idéal pour visiter manathan à pied ou en métro qui est juste à côté On entend peu le bruit de dehors au vu du traffic Mais le pire est le bruit des “canalisations” je ne sais pas dire si c était du au voisin ou à l hôtel mais le bruit est tellement présent par intermittence que cela vous réveille à chaque fois vraiment dommage Surtout au prix de la chambre Le personnel de ménage est super agréable

Hotel in ottima posizione, metro a 5 metri dall'ingresso, anche a uscendo a piedi in 10 minuti si arriva sulla fifth avenue. Camere un pò datate, purtroppo è presente la moquette, la lobby dell'albergo non è sempre accessibile ma solo in determinati orari. Verificare l'isolamento degli infissi delle finestre poichè gli spifferi facevano entrare aria gelida dall'esterno.

Very good location, reasonably priced, convenient, check in and check out was pretty quick. We got a corner room had nice views. Furniture was OK. Bathroom is decent. Had a fridge and a safe. The only thing that bothered us was the heating system was very loud. We couldn’t sleep well. Otherwise, the stay was OK.

This trip was a family trip. This hotel was about half a mile from La guardia airport but if you arrive during traffic hours it’ll take you over an hour to get there (awful) but that’s not on the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and cozy. They have a place where you can buy coffee and breakfast items. It’s pretty close to time square (there’s a subway nearby as well). I really enjoyed it. My family was very comfortable. It was my first time taking the subway and Sabrina went above and beyond to guide us over the phone on which car to get on and where to get off.

Great location. Super friendly staff. They secured our luggage for us hours before check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a scent of dirty socks to the room, but it dissipated after a few minutes. I'll take clean over quibbling about a scent.

La limpieza no es muy buena. Un día se olvidaron de limpiar el cuarto. Stewart muy amable al otro día lo compenso incluyendo el desayuno para los días restantes.
