Nice,clean hotel, convenient to highway.Closet shelf support was broken, and no access to Netflix or prime video due to their network issues, I guess. Rear parking is small so when it's full you have to park on the street. The bed was comfy though. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The space was more condensed than appeared. The section of smoking that was available was unkempt and connecting with staff required having to head back to the front desk persistently. On the first night of our stay, a man was dragging out another man who was yelling for someone to help him. It was a very Bronx experience, yet it felt hollow and overall average at best.

Well where should I start this is not a hotel but a motel half filled with migrants. Loud disturbance all through out the day. It got so bad I was woken up just past midnight with the sounds of children screaming. Management sent security multiple times to try help the situation. It did for about an hour then right back to it. This was also notice as a non smoking hotel(motel) thank goodness I didn’t have my children with me. The odor of cigarettes leaked into the room. Fortunately one of the windows was able to open. Bathroom floors forget about it.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve probably ever stayed in. The pictures online look NOTHING like the actual room. One of our beds was broken on the side. The toilet continued to plug the ENTIRE STAY. They finally just let us keep the plunger. My mother and husband found cockroaches & killed 4 of them. It was a nightmare. I will never stay here again. It was awful.

They have lots of wifi problems..since 4 month i used to stay this hotel...i never ask for any favors just 3times give us discount 10,20,5 dollar (35)dollars all together.. then next day management told me we cant not give you any more discount.. its really disappointed i feel soo embarrassed.. since 4 month almost 27 thousand i paid only this management (wheeler hotel) and (7days hotel) ..

When I got to the room, the bed had dirt and hair in it, the floor was sticky, and everything smelt like cigarettes/*****. When I requested more toilet paper they said that they will arrange it to come to by room and it was delivered at 12.30 at night by someone knocking on my door. The neighbourhood did not feel safe, and I would definitely not stay here again.

Weirdest hotel I ever stayed at ,room was genuinely not cleaned properly. Smelled like cigarettes all up in the room, there was a bug hanging out at the window , air conditioner was leaking , the amount of burn holes all over this room was crazy including walls and bed sheets & the headboard broke during the stay . I could say so much more but if you are looking for something cheap for the moment this is the place but it gives off MOTEL vibes . Highly recommend bringing your own pillows , sheets , and shampoo bottle too seeing as the one in my room had been used by someone prior to my stay and they never changed the bottles out.
