45 街時代廣場酒店(45 Times Square Hotel)

位置不錯，就是設施不太好，霉味讓他受苦，冰箱只是個儲藏室，一點冷氣都沒有。 這不是電源問題，但並沒有解決它。 沒有熱水，所以我要求採取行動，但第二天就修好了 地板地毯總是濕漉漉的，我還以為是漏水問題，也因此一直有股霉味。 房間裡很暗，燈很少，感覺很悶。

Pictures of the hotel must be old because it is very rundown and somewhat dingy. I agree with the other reviews noting that the hallways look like something out of a horror movie.In regards to my experience I arrived late on a Friday night and was give a room on the 4th floor facing the street. Once in my room I immediately called down to ask to change rooms because the noise from the street was unreal. I literally checked the window twice to make sure it wasn't open. I could hear music clear as day, horns, bicycle bells, everything. Unfortunately I was told nothing was available, after further discussion another room was offered but was on the same floor. The desk attendant came up to show me the other room and unfortunately the noise level was identical. She was in the room with me when one of the bicycles drove by playing Christmas music and we could sing along to the lyrics together. She agreed that it was loud but now told me if I wanted a different room I would have to wait until the morning because they had one but it wasn't clean. I asked to check out so I could find a better hotel. I was told since I entered the room I would not be able to leave and get a full refund. I asked to speak to the manager and was then told a King room was available on the 8th floor but because I booked a Queen I would have to pay an additional $100.I again asked to leave. Now they said I could have the King room at no additional charge.The new room was quiet. Overall,I would not recommend.

I had a reservation on December 5 to the 7. I had a delayed flight coming in from international and arrived in the city past midnight I called the hotel multiple times before and after my flight to try and advise them that I was going to be late and advise them that I had landed and to understand the steps for our late check in. Despite 20 calls to the front desk, no one picked up the phone and no one was physically at the front desk to check me in so I had to go find other accommodations. They charged me $900 for one night since it was during the holiday season. It’s embarrassing that for what they were charging people for a night the hotel staff weren’t competent enough to check me in. When I returned the next morning to check into the other half of my reservation, I was told that I apparently was lying and there were in fact three people scheduled to have worked that evening and proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the 2 nights regardless. Since I had nowhere else to stay, I had no choice they basically were holding me hostage not to mention when I finally got to my room it was beyond simple and I supposedly chose a “premium room”, there wasn’t even a mini fridge. With all the other options for hotels in New York, I certainly will never be coming back here, and I would advise that no one does either & you take your money elsewhere especially anybody traveling from international.

The property was very dated and unfortunately, the HVAC in my room stopped working during the last night of my stay. No remediation was volunteered by the front desk staff on checkout, instead just a lamentation that they looked forward to renovations someday in the future. Stay here if you're in a bind, but there are probably better options, even if you pay a little more.

wir bekamen leider zu Anfang das falsche Zimmer und mußten eine Nacht dort verbringen wurden aber am nächsten Tag von der Managerin bestens betreut und wir bekamen dann das Zimmer in der Kategorie die wir gebucht hatten. Das Hotel liegt perfekt nah am Time Square und der U-Bahn und daneben ist gleich ein Pub, die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und unser Zimmer war verhältnismäßig groß für NY danke wir kommen gerne wieder DANKE

Terrible experience. Room was extremely small. Not a single chair to sit on, nor a dresser to store clothing. TV didn’t work the entire stay. Had to call maintenance to get thermostat to work. Room keys had to be reset 4 times.

A estadia mto agradável, uma cidade (NYC) que já visitei mtas vezes e a localização do hotel é um fator mto positivo. Só tem um aspecto que incomoda um pouco, as paredes são pretas e poucas luzes, mas o tamanho do quarto e banheiro é excelente.

Struttura al centro della vita di New York molto pulita e comoda. Non ha il servizio breakfast e un po’ caro il prezzo anche se adeguato a quello che offre in questo periodo new york
