西奧蘭治萬怡酒店(Courtyard West Orange)

This was the perfect place for business working and then shopping the front desk was helpful with knowing the area like what restaurants are good not to mention a little last minute shopping the staff works very well together Lee the pool cleaner was very helpful with assisting me with my luggage and referring me the women who run the front desk Deena ,angel,Jules and Anetra they very helpful with whatever I needed during my stay thank you all for your help.

I love staying here the staff was phenomenal with assisting me with questions I asked about the area and food suggestions Anetra ,Angel,Deena ,and Julzette oh let’s not forget about the Lee who assisted me in finding my room and helping me with my luggage such a great staff overall I’d come back just to chat because the staff made me feel so comfortable.

The stay was very pleasant the staff was great except one particular guy named Mike who seem to have an attitude because once I approached the front desk and no one was there I guess he was busy in the back and didn’t want to help me but he was very short with assisting with my check out other than that the other staff was very helpful.

While staying at the location I’ve experienced nothing but true joy the ladies at the front Deena ,angel,Anetra and Jules are awesome I spoke with them about the other hotel next to here and explained to how horrible their service is there and how I’m so grateful how they are accommodating to me I told how I’d rather spend the extra money for where I am appreciated and comfortable with I had a conversation with them and yes I am going come back soon.

The stay overall was exceptionally great easy to access for travel as well as shopping and dining the experience was the ultimate best the staff was very help with my every need I spoke with Lee about an issue and he was very helpful in assisting me to the ladies at the front desk Anetra was good to talk about my concerns and offered great advice she’s definitely a keeper will travel soon again only to come back where I’m comfortable.

What I like most about the stay was the staff was very friendly nice and communication was excellent very well knowledgeable about the area which was great get food and yes without a doubt I will be returning Anetra ,Angel,Deena,and juellzet was great I’d come back just for the conversation I really enjoyed my stay my new home .

The overall staff makes the stay comfortable anetra very informative about the area was very great to have her as well as Lee assisting me with Latrell to bring extra towels and blankets staff works very well together

The check in was great angel did a wonderful job I was very pleased and would definitely recommend friends and family to come stay here especially if you want to feel at home because that’s how I feel always a pleasure

Staff was courteous however I booked the trip on line. When I came in I asked the receptionist would she like to see my conformation and was told no. She proceeded to charge my boyfriend’s card causing 3 different charges. Also the room was not clean and I actually took a small video of the most gross part of it.
