The staff was nice. The property was not what would be expected from a hotel. There was no hot water for 3 days and we were told that there were a lot of people staying there, so it was expected. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The person at front desk said that they would have it looked at - That never happened. To get new towels we were required to bring dirty towels down to front desk. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Not sure about the Extended Stay brand.

The room was very small and the way too hot , the moment we walked in there was a smell in the room. But putting on the air conditioner to cool the room down did not help. At night if u went to bathroom you can smell cigarette smoke .. through the vents. It would be great to open a window to get some air but it was double Paine glass. The continental breakfast was muffins and packets of oatmeal. Tea and coffee. I was just not expecting this .. the staff was nice but the room really was a disappointment. We only slept and left right away

Horrible place to stay!!!! This hotel is way overpriced . We couldn’t sleep at all because the laundry machine was shaking the whole building. We thought it was an earthquake. When we called the reception, they didn’t care at all and said they had to run the washing machine. Even after midnight, they had several loads of laundry. It’s not only comfort issue, it’s also safety concerns. They don’t have breakfast area; we had to grab the coffee and a granola bar, so that we eat it in the room. The room was very smelly and the carpet and floor filthy. Stay away from this hotel. It’s not worth more than $50, but they made us pay $250 per night!

Hi! I was at an event and didn’t get to the hotel property until after 11:30pm. I was unaware that after 11:00 I couldn’t check in. However, I was still charged for the room and had to find another local hotel to spend the night

I found the room stunk with some aerosol spray which tried to cover a dank smell from the carpet. The elevator took 2 minutes to arrive after pressing button and slowly moved to your deck (SUPER SLOW!). The person behind the counter seemed to be "bothered" by my presence at the front desk. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The very not so subtle argument between the front desk staff was completely out of line. Room was decent, I will say the room was very clean. When you read it says breakfast don’t think it’s waffles & stuff like that it’s literally just hot water, coffee & a couple granola bars in the check in area that you take to go.

Front desk person was very rude and they have only one room, While I booked the room long time before. The room and bed was not been done they didn’t change bedsheets and there are no pillows on the bed. Bathroom was very dirty no one can stay for a moment. I ask the front desk lady to change the room and she doesn’t want to change the room neither she doesn’t want cancel My reservation. I absolutely want to full return on this reservation.

Horrible! 1) Check-in was the worst experience ever! Front desk lady said they don’t have access to emails and can’t receive changes to our booking. 2) She ran my ID and said someone else is coming up!!! That’s unheard of! 3) I think front desk lady was just trying to make it difficult for us as she may have been racist. 4) Room was so dirty! Pieces of food on the kitchen floor, hair in bathroom, and lots of debris in drawers! 5) Breakfast! They say it is included, but it’s a shame! Packet of hot chocolate, hot-water, coffee, packaged muffin, that’s it! They charge $10/person for breakfast (if you add one more person for breakfast, the room will be $10 more expensive!) Overall, a horrible experience!

Room furniture, TV, kitchen, and bathroom are all out dated. Bathroom had water damaged wall. Shower and sink water sprayed very thin water pattern. My room card stopped working after the first day. Staff were hard to find at the front desk. Elevator was glitchy. Hall way smelled funny. Room was fairly clean, so I guess I got what I paid for.
