Broken ice machine very dirty not a good place sketchy people staying there notice on their door from police

Good location. Simple room. However mini fridge didn’t work do when I asked for one that works the young boy at the desk said no and for me to check out. Finally an hour later another employee exchanged the fridge for one that worked.

First off, there’s no wifi. There hasn’t been wifi for weeks apparently and they didn’t even tell me this on check in and there’s no intention on fixing it anytime soon. The ice machine also doesn’t work. The door didn’t even shut all the way. No fridge, no AC in the room. It’s clean but that’s the only good thing I have to say. Lots of belligerent people in the middle of the night being very loud, smoking and talking right outside your rooms.

I will never stay here again or recommend this place!! I got 3 hours of sleep because of all the noise, I asked the front desk to do something about it and he said that would be against their rights. Give me a break, he should have done something after 9-10 o’clock. Who would have thought gang and ************ like this in Thousand Oaks and that’s one of the reasons we will never move back to California.

We love how you are pet friendly. But our room was a different story. The floors were quite dirty under the beds. BOTH ice machines are broken. The A/C was barely if at all working and the toilet barely flushed after it nearly overflowed and the sink took 1 minute to fill a glass of water. You advertise that you have "free wifi", when in fact you don't have it at all. We've been here 3x in the last 7 months, wifi didn't work during any stay, we got a discount because of it during our 1st and 2nd stay. On our 3rd stay we asked about a discount for the non-exsistent wifi and we were told that they "never do that". Either get wifi (which makes sense during this day and age) or STOP ADVERTISING IT. Right after my sister was handed the room keys the lady behind the counter tells my sister "let us know a good time to do a safety check". My sister told her "never, we have our cat with us and we don't need her bolting out the door" "in fact please do not do any room service, we don't need our cat loose" But please tell me WHAT THE HECK IS A SAFETY CHECK????????? The biggest problem was one night, some movement caught my eye in the bathtub. It was a 1" long disgusting very much alive roach. I will say thank god the TV was fixed for our 2nd & 3rd stay.

There was a red tag on the front door that the facility was in violation of fire safety regulations (dated Oct 10). There were numerous posters about sex trafficking. The people around the motel were sketchy-looking. There was a strong odor in the room. The WIFI was broken, though the office staff did not tell me until I went to ask. I did not feel safe. I asked for a refund and moved hotels.
