OYO艾普西龍酒店(Epsilon Hotel)

Wij hadden dit hotel gekozen omdat alle hotels dichterbij het Excel Centre onbetaalbaar zijn tijdens een event en vanaf dit hotel er prima openbaar vervoer is naar het Excel. De auto achter het hotel geparkeerd, dus die stond veilig. Niet goedkoop maar oké. Wij hebben er voor gekozen om hier alleen te slapen en daarvoor is het hotel prima. Nee, de kamer was niet luxe en modern, is misschien wel aan renovatie toe, maar voor die prijs zeur ik niet. Personeel was vriendelijk. De bedden waren goed. Ontbijten deden wij bij de Mac even verderop of in de stad zelf. Prima alternatief. En na een lange dag zijn er ook genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel. Prima locatie dus.

The Worst hotel in Stratford. Extremely rude behaviour. I will give them Zero as review. I stayed for one night. Staff keep banging the door from 10am to move from the hotel. You can bring visitors at night. But you cannot ask to drop your friend to drop toothbrush and tooth pest . Filthy atmosphere. Dirty floors.

Stayed at The Epsilon for 3 nights for my mum's 70th birthday celebrations.to see.ABBA Voyage and tour of London. The staff at Epsilon were lovely, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best possible. Will definitely book the Epsilon again. Thank you

This hotel was a real find. We were booked to see the ABBA Experience (also highly recommended) and got an excellent room rate here through one of the web-booking sites. We honestly didn’t expect the greatest experience at the price for this part of London But we were wrong. 10 minutes walk from the Olympic Village, a very warm welcome on arrival, spotlessly clean and well-equipped room. Good value and good quality breakfast in the (connected) cafe next door available too. Knocked off a point as the lift wasn’t working (we were on the 3rd floor), not enough towels for two people, blinds on the windows need repair. But otherwise we highly recommend this great little hotel.

Perfect location on Stratford. Just 10 or less minutes walk to tube station. Check in was quick and simple. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The hotel room was a good size. Plenty of room to store luggage. Also a very comfortable bed, the room and linen were all clean. The bathroom was good with a fantastic shower and with a good hot water temperature. Tea and coffee along with a kettle were all provided. There is free Wi-Fi at the hotel. Can’t wait to return soon.

Had a 2 night stay was very good room was a great size for 3 did find the pillows a bit hard. Was very quite for being on main road. Hotel was in a great location close to all railways bus station and lots of shops. Staff were very good too very helpful.

Lift broken entrance automatic doors broken, staff were not particularly friendly rooms really need updating bed so uncomfortable sink cracked curtains fell down when drawn toilet roll holder fell off . Television had terrible reception unable to watch programme . Worse night sleep . Breakfast and service was shocking

Se si potesse dare 0 darei volentieri. Fuorissimo dalla zona centrale di Londra, personale scocciato e antipatico, non si dorme per nulla perché le camere che danno sulla strada hanno il passaggio delle macchine incessante giorno e notte sembra quasi di dormire lì nel mezzo, fanno un rumore insopportabile (ambulanze, incidenti ecc.). Lenzuola sporche, spazi minuscoli sembra di soffocare. Oltre il danno pure la beffa visto che per arrivarci ci si mette una vita e fa pure schifo. Fortuna che nella prenotazione c'era scritto camera quiet e aggiunta di cuscini....ti prendono pure in giro.

En marzo reservé una habitación en este hotel a través de Booking para la tercera semana del mes de septiembre. Pues el día antes de ir, nos la cancelaron porque “las 3 tarjetas que introdujimos para que cobrasen las denegaban”. Hablamos con nuestro banco y nos dijo que todo estaba ok y no había razón para ser denegadas. Les pedimos, incluso Booking, los extractos de haber intentado realizar el cobro fallido y no los tenían. Natural, porque nunca hubo dichos intentos. Llamé al hotel y su única solución fue que pagase de forma online pero, claro, ya no con el precio de mi reserva sino con el que había en ese momento, que era más del doble. Lógicamente me busqué otro hotel más profesional y honesto, pero siendo el día de antes, me salió por un ojo de la cara.
