普瑞米爾紐黑文酒店(Premier Inn Newhaven hotel)

Was a comfy place to stay.

Dated, dirty, noisy. The adjoining eatery is atrocious having to wait for 1hr 45 mins for food to arrive and the state of the food is not fit for prison canteens. Our room was far too warm and there was no way to regulate the temperature. The air vent made a high pitched and loud noise the entire night which I couldn't even drown out using the fans and ear plugs. My bedding was dirty, had stains and fluff all over it.

Staff were very friendly everytime we saw them however the room was a let down. The bath had hairs in it, the taps/shower was covered in limescale, the shampoo/soap was so old it was clogged/rusted/dirty. We had a double and single bed, the single bed wasn’t even made nor were we told where the bedding was! I searched wardrobe found 1 pillow without a cover, was about to go to reception and my son found the bedding under our bed! But still no pillow cases or duvet covers. I didn’t bath in the hotel as it looked dirty, the bathroom floor had barely (if it even had) been wiped. The toilet roll was that of a public toilet you get 1 sheet at a time and it was positioned so low it was extremely uncomfortable trying to get any toilet roll. The hotel is a close location to train station but I wouldn’t stay in this premier inn again

The hotel was lovely and comfortable ,the experience of staying there was spoiled but the very poor service in the restaurant even though a time was booked for the meal we were unfortunately told there was a 45 min wait this then turned into a 1 hour and 15 min wait ,we again had booked for the second night on arrival was informed of a 1 hour wait ,this time we declined ,and had takeaway in our room from a local Chinese

Standard Premier Inn, except a good quality fan rather than air conditioning in the room. Good service. Walking the England Coast Path we appreciated the excellent bus services from bus stops two minutes walk from the hotel.

The smell seemed to be in the walkway between the rooms which then emanated into the room. This then went into our clothes and bags etc. This was a shame because the staff were excellent and very good location. Just think it needs a good clean up of carpets etc. the other issue was the air conditioning unit was not working so we had a very noisy fan which isn’t good for sleeping.

We needed a hotel for the night as visiting family - and this hotel always fulfils a good nights sleep, clean, inexpensive and good service! Great location with food on site as needed and always ticks all the boxes!

Good hotel, clean and comfortable and lovely staff. There was some scaffolding on the front of the hotel but it wasn't a problem at all as we stayed two nights and didn't hear any disruption to our stay at all.

Dirty broken curtains ,dirty carpet . Blood on the pillow , smelly sofa bed . Dirty tea making area . Dirty bathroom floor and mould in the shower . Broken light fitting for key card . Missimg breakfast items
