奈海灘旅館(Inn at Nye Beach)

Inadequate parking on and around the property. Booked a three night stay midweek in a king/ocean view room. Initially placed in a room across from the elevator which was noisy. Staff offered another room for an additional $40/night. Not sure if this was because the booking was through Orbitz. Probably will not return to this property.

A pleasant stay at this beach front property, Stunning ocean views. Large rooms with Fireplaces, walk in showers. Deluxe King Size Bed suites, off street parking, beach view spa And private beach access. Easy walking Neighborhood with several restaurants and Shopping. Excellent friendly staff and Good housekeeping services. Daily In room service of breakfast. Good menu Choices.

This hotel is so nice. Its right above a long beach with a stairway gong all the way down. Its right in Newport. The rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed, a fireplace and a big enough balcony with two chairs and a little table. The bathroom is beautiful with a huge shower and a comfy soaking tub. They give you high quality coffee and a plunge pot in your room to make it. We spent a long time at check in as the desk person was busy on the phone, and then counting money. We probably waited 15 minutes.

Wonderful Gem at the coast in Nye Beach District. From the included room Delivered breakfast to the Large infinity spa overlooking the ocean with adult only hours from 9-11pm AND the fireplace in the room! This was a great escape. We were greeted with cookies and the staff here was fantastic. Wish I had known about this place before I would have stayed many times in the past and plan to now make this my beach getaway place from here on out!

I stayed there with my partner. We loved the property but the staff were horrible. When I checked in they said I couldn’t check into the room since I’m not 21 which I said I completely understood since there’s alcohol in there but the front desk agent told me I still couldn’t because I’m not 21 due to that’s their policy’s. Which when I looked on their website there was no age restrictions on checking into the hotel. They did allow us to check in only because my partner is older then 21. When I went down the next day in the afternoon to ask about if I’m even allowed to stay in the unit the front desk agent told me that I just wanted the wine in the room. I told her that’s not what I’m saying then asked again and she said maybe you should have book though us and not *******. After that I was done talking to her so I went to my room then I heard her start talking about me to someone else. Which was very unprofessional especially since they did it at the front desk. Then the next day that same front desk agent came to our room with the room service while he was giving us our food. She was just staring at my partner, which made him feel extremely uncomfortable because she’s didn’t even smile or anything.

Great stay! The staff are amazingly nice and helpful and the grounds and hotel are great! Our room this time and last the couches were stained and pretty uncomfortable. Other than that the bath is sparkling clean, beds are comfy and it’s an amazing location!

Beautiful, fireplace, walk-in shower, unbelievable view. Cheyenne gets it. She has superb customer service skills. Great breakfast delivered to our room. Quiet elevator. Splendid hot tub.

Parking is not sufficient. Always got back late and had to park on street. Coffee should be in room. Always had to ask for it. Loved the French press. Breakfast included each day and was excellent.

From the front desk to the infinity spa pool, every part of the experience was enjoyable. The room is spacious, the bed wonderful, the bathroom and shower were great. The fireplace, and balcony overlooking the ocean, were wonderful. The free breakfast is very nice. Will definitely be back soon.
