The hotel seems new. It was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The valet app didn't work and I never got a text or got a ticket for my parked car. I was not informed by the valet, nor by the reception that there is a house car that can take you places until I checked out and saw another guest requesting it. I couldnt find the phone in the room to contact reception. I had to call them via my cell. Check-out time is at 11am and when I asked to push to 11:30am, they couldn't even be flexible about it. I knew that the hotel wasn't fully booked for that day since I had looked into staying another day. Just because of their inflexibility, I am not sure if I would stay here again.
Side note: the shampoo they provided was very watered down, I had to reapply 4 times.
