西面山谷度假村(Western Valley Resorts)

Location is excellent in middle of tea garden. View from resort of the valley is fabulous. Resort provides good amenities, indoor games, badminton, cycling and camp fire, room are neat and spacious. Staff is very courtiers and friendly they will try to make your stay pleasant. Restaurant is good, they have good variety of food, but some improvement is required to shoot taste buds.

We stayed for 3 nights here, location is 12 km from ooty, best part of the resort is view, it is surrounded by mountains and tea gardens, in fact view is better than so many other popular locations. Rooms are decent not but best. Food is tasty, number of items available are littlie less but available items are really tasty. Number of rooms are less so it is less crowded. Staff is really helpful overall we enjoyed out stay. I would like to visit again.

Had a pleasant stay in the resort. The view from the resort and the property as such were good. Staff were polite. Food was on an average side and breakfast menu were limited but that's ok. Kids enjoyed the games room, badminton, archery. We also enjoyed the boon fire during the evening. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Recently visited this place. I had a great experience. The view was excellent and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Most importantly, hospitality was one of the best highlights. Worth your money

Location of the property is superb, best view in entire ooty, their service can be improved in terms of ensuring essentials are kept extra and whatever has been told is remembered. Food is above average like home-cooked food.

Hotel ka situated at one of the best locations in ooty. The locations and facilities both are very nice. Only issue is of a bit slow kitchen service since they have a limited staff.

It was wonderful stay at the property. Beautiful location. We went as a family of 7. It had everything for all the different age groups to enjoy.

The property is away from the city amid-st the mountains and surrounded with greenery. Easily reachable.
