During my stay the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, with Mr. Riyaz deserving a special mention for his outstanding service. On the downside, the rooms fell short of expectations.they were functional, but lack of certain amenities or perhaps a need for refurbishment contributed to a less-than-optimal stay. The decor and furnishings might benefit from an update. Despite the room-related setbacks, the hotel's prime location and the warmth of the staff, particularly Mr. Riyaz, still made it a memorable stay.

Great service, Great food, We were accompanied with some really sweet staff and the management was very cooperative.Nice lawn and badminton court.Loved every minute. Special shootout to Shagufta,Zubair and Sameena and Riyaz. They were caring and looked after us well. :)

The whole experience of stay was amazing. From the buffet breakfast to the menu in the restaurants. The staff is cordial and welcoming and they make extra efforts to make the stay comfortable. Other facilities - gym, spa and sports is also good. There is ample space for children to keep them busy.

It was a great experience staying at ITC fortune for about 2 days! The staff here was very helping n kind. I would like to mention Mr.Riyaz and Mr. Javaid for their commendable service throughout the stay. My overall experience was great n I would love to recommend it to all those planning a trip here!

Amamzing property and customer focus team. Especial kudos to Javaid and Ryaz sir. Lush green garden, high tea, bakery cookies, veg sandwiches so many things. For fitness you can use gym and play badminton, table tennis. Big thank you looking forward to come again.

very good hospitality, loved it and great food too and even the activities outside like badminton were very very good. the waiters and the staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent ***** with the aesthetic interiors, great experience overall

Good things first Staff is courteous and polite Service is excellent Food is very good Location not so good as it's inconveniently located and everything is far away ( cafes, Lal chowk, shopping etc ) Very expensive. Cycles cost 600+taxes per hour. Veg simple dinner is around 800 to 1000 per head. service 5/5 food 4/5 location 2/5 value for money 2/5 hope this review helps

We had very good experience , with the staff, desk staff, chef and rest staff of the hotel itc Fortune , Srinagar. This hotel treatment was special. Food Quality n taste is very awesome.. They keep old traditional dishes for handwash... this says that traditions never go out of style. Shugufta and ikra n riyaaz give best services in fortune hotel.. kashmir is really the heaven on land..
