Om te beginnen was het slecht aangegeven dat het betaald parkeren is bij het hotel. Als ik dit direct gezien had, dan hadden we hier niet geboekt. Verder kon de raam niet open, want deze was met duct tape dicht geplakt. De vergrendeling van het kozijn is waarschijnlijk defect. Dit zou nog opgevangen kunnen worden door een airco, maar deze deed het niet. Verder was het ontbijt erg slecht in vergelijk met andere ibis hotels. Verschillende ibis budgets leveren een beter ontbijt. Wij zijn terug kerende klanten in deze regio en wilden eens een ander hotel de kans geven.. Om toch positief af te sluiten was het bed redelijk en het sanitair afdoende

Stayed at this hotel 3 nights from 28 May 23. The rooms are big and nice. Good amenities. Breakfast could improve with a variety of eggs. We had scrambled eggs everyday, but there were eggs avail for us to self-boil. The location is good, away from the hustle bustle crowded city. 5 minutes walk to a nearby restaurant, supermarket, and the RER train station. Convenient to Designer outlets and Disneyland The front office staff are clustered in a little corner as the Reception is an extended part of a Bar. A little wierd but not an issue. Most of the time the front line staff are chatting amongst themself but is attentive although not very helpful. However one receptionist stands out - Ms. Valerie Lam, who is always alert and quick to attend to guests, On A few occasions, as we approach, we could see a ready smile and goes out of her way to help. As first timer in this hotel, Valerie, actually walked us to the front door to show us the directions to nearby restaurants and the RER train station. appreciate
