酒店前台不友好，住宿費重複收取了之後，處理很惡劣，比中國人不友好

受到前台熱烈歡迎，之後是一夜舒適安眠。靠近高速路和法蘭克福機場，也正好在我們從倫敦到捷克共和國的自駕旅行中點，所以停下來休息下很理想。設施非常現代化，所以氛圍什麼的不是特彆強，但對我們來說一切應有盡有，早餐也很棒。步行出去不遠就有一家不錯的當地餐館，酒店停車也很方便。總體上沒有什麼缺點，很舒適，雙人間每晚109歐元，含早餐。

Nice hotel. Very efficient front desk. Very helpful staff. The bar staff is very accommodating and friendly. Good room—quiet and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Recommend: Yes Return: Yes Great walking / running tracks near by. Restaurant closes early, but bar has some food, or the reception has menu from the restaurants near by

Booking this hotel we thought we'd be in Wiesbaden when in fact it's in Nordenstadt. Met some American tourists (staying for a wedding) who'd done the same mistake. Just make sure to check the map before booking... :D. The hotel is pretty much a standard Courtyard looking hotel. Nothing to rave nor complain about. Breakfast is VERY extensive. Dinner was a complete let down. The kitchen was closes the first night we arrived. The second day I ordered the salmon with risotto and got the most over cooked risotto I've had in my life.. Besides that. No complaints.

The price/performance ratio is ok. The bar closes at 11 p.m., which our team wasn't too happy about. I would particularly like to warn you about the fixed glass pane between the shower and the toilet. I cannot understand how this architecture could meet accident prevention regulations. The edge of this glass pane poses a risk of accidents, especially if you have to go to the toilet at night or if you are a little sleepy. Anyway, when I hit my forehead there, I was awake. A reason for me not to stay there again. The two doors to the bathroom also consist of two large panes of glass with an even sharper edge. I'm surprised that not much more happens.

What can I say, lovely hotel, excellent reception staff, and the most beautiful bar staff, incredibly good at there work. The young lady with her little Frenchie is absolutely superb. A must stay of your in this region of Germany and a hotel I will be revisiting very soon.

I usually stay at the Mercure in town, however, availability was low and I found the Courtyard. While marginally more expensive the Courtyard is far better for the business stay. Cleaner, nicer decor, far superior room comfort and quietness, and the restaurant serves very good national food.

Arrived around 2pm and was able to check in without any issues. Plenty of free parking all around the hotel which I always found a spot during my four night stay in June 2022. The hotel is located about 10 kilometres from the centre of Wiesbaden in a residential and commercial area with one of those massive supermarkets opposite. My room was 122 and while it wasn’t the biggest room it was nice and had pretty much what I was expecting and needing during my stay. Big comfortable bed, air-conditioning, wifi, desk and chair, easy chair and small table. I found the desk chair uncomfortable and used the easy chair at the desk. There was a decent sized closet, fridge and safe. The bathroom was partially open to the room and could be closed off using a pair of frosted glass doors. I had no problems during my stay and would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.

Old hotel made into a courtyard. You can still see the old name on it. Carpet in hallways and rooms were filthy especially along the edges. Air conditioning was not turned on yet and room was extremely hot. Bathroom had sliding glass doors and one of them was stuck in the wall and would not close at all and the shower did not have a door either so basically you were showering in the bedroom. Receptionist was nice but couldn’t solve the problems and didn’t even have a fan to offer us. I ca not recommend this hotel. Probably the worst Marriott we have stayed in.

Excellent hotel and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to airport, nice hotel bar, A/C and within walking distance to a few stores. We would choose this hotel again

L'hôtel est très propre avec des chambres bien équipées et climatisées. Wifi rapide et bureau apprécié pour le travail, confort de literie aussi au top. Situé en face d'un hypermarché et accès facile de l'autoroute (mais bien insonorisé). Recommandé.

Very nice, great breakfast. Small complaint is dust in the room. Bed is ok but no top mattress. Not thrilled with roller doors to the bathroom, prefer a normal door which can be locked.
