There were three identical reservations in our booking, each for the same type of room and the same number of nights. The rooms were pre-paid in full. There were two problems, one minor one major:
1) One of the travelers got an email on the second-to-last morning indicating that he was checking out that day. When talking to the reception the person told us to ignore the email as it was sent in error.
2) The credit card of one of the travelers, a foreign national who would have had trouble fighting this from his home country, was charged for a full night of accommodation. This was not done "silently" without any indication of the receipt that was emailed after the stay.
Because of these two problems, as well as the fact that my room was not cleaned or made up at any time during my 4-night stay, I will not stay in this hotel again.
