We had booked a spa experience so decided to stay the night as well. We only live just over 30 minutes away but it’s nice to just get away and relax and relax we did.
Lovely place and staff were fantastic.
We ventured into the Cirencester for a look as we had never been and thoroughly enjoyed walking around and discovering all the quaint little shops and indoor market.
Would definitely consider another visit in the future.

We picked this hotel as it was a hotel and spa, which unfortunately turned out to be an exaggeration. There is no pool even though it’s listed as one of the amenities and the “spa (hot tub)” is an additional charge (£25p.p) which is conveniently missed from the hotel description. If we knew the reality of the facilities actually available at this hotel we wouldn’t have picked it for a weekend getaway.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location 20 min walk into town, good pub next door that serves nice food.
Bar in the hotel is lovely and the staff were helpful and so friendly in all areas of the hotel.
Room was nice the bathroom is the best part of the room with the huge bath.
Would recommend!

Not sure how it can be sold as a hotel and spa when the spa is not available to hotel residents without paying extra for the use of the spa

Very quiet , looks very clean but the smell is not very nice. Staff are very friendly too. There is a hot tub but didnt know you have to pay extra for that .

The hotel has come in the years, it shows heavy signs of wear and neglect. The spa however is in pristine condition, they should carry that over to the rest.
