Homewood Suites by Hilton North Charleston

Very limited late night food options. Room was very nice, probably one of the bigger rooms i ever stayed in. Full kitchen in the room, even includes dish washer, plate, glasses, cups and utensils. Breakfast was ok, the usual really. Only problem we really had was parking your car. There doesnt seem to be enough spaces for the hotel. Ended up having to leave my car in an adjoining hotel.

Says on ******* that they have 24/7 shuttles from airport to the hotel, after calling the reception from the airport I was told at 10:40pm that they only have shuttle service until 11:00 pm, and the shuttle wouldn’t come to get us because it was already 10:40!!!! $25 cab ride to the hotel, could have stayed somewhere else near the airport. WRONG INFO! Someone is not doing their job!!

While the staff was very welcoming and courteous the facility itself needs a major upgrade. We were staying on the 3rd floor and the hall way had this awful sewer smell. The room itself smelled like smoke even though it’s a nonsmoking hotel, the sink was slow to drain, the desk chair looked terrible, the light by the vanity stopped working along with the fan. This hotel needs a major upgrade as no amount of cleaning will make this hotel look any better. Additionally, the side and back doors stopped working so the only door to enter no matter where you parked was the front door. There was a disturbance at the double tree which is the other hotel that is directly connected to the homesuotes and police were called in . We brought it up to the front desk that night

Wonderful property with great amenities, the hotel may need to look into a way to keep the transient population from entering the common areas if the hotel. On several occasions there were non hotel guests in or around the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Loved our suite. Very nice , happy people working there. Breakfast was delicious!

Reception was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel also had a good breakfast and nice pool.

All staff members were friendly and efficient. Our room was well-appointed and clean.

The staff was terrific and the property offered spacious rooms, a great breakfast and pool area that was terrific!
