我一生中最糟糕的酒店體驗。酒店到處都是氨味。當我們到達時，房間看起來還沒有打掃過，我們對留下來感到緊張。我們應該離開的。早上起來，兩張床上都有臭蟲出沒。值得慶幸的是我們沒有把行李放在地上。當我們要求退款時，經理很粗魯，基本上對我們大喊大叫。不會看我們拍攝的臭蟲的清晰照片或視頻證據，也不會去房間查看。當我們離開時，它們還在床上爬來爬去。噁心。不惜一切代價避開這家酒店。這麼低的費用不值得。

Bom para uma estadia curta,

No front desk receptionist to greet or check me in. She was outside hanging in her car after waiting for quite she time and on my way out to leave she came in. I requested kitchen supplies but she left the front desk and was no where to be found. Roaches was in my room i killed at least 5. Wanted to change rooms but couldn't contact anyone. I would like a partial refund.

Quiet environment the problem that we encountered were roaches large a small that was very alarming we noticed them the next morning of us only stay one night.

We had to cancel the reservation because when we entered the room everything was dirty and there was no housekeeping

Not a 5 star motel but good value for the money. Free breakfast was coffee and a granola bar....

Checking was the highlight of the stay. From there it was not great. Room size was ok (2 beds, couch, kitchen). I don't tend to be super critical, but I was disgusted by the room. Carpet was stained with who knows what. Light switch covers were visibility dirty. Bed spreads were visibility dirty.

I checked out within the first hour. Elevators didn’t work, door keys had to be reprogrammed several times, door locks were loose and jammed the door, facility was dirty, room wasn’t clean, just terrible. Staff was helpful and tried to accommodate as much as possible but ultimately they aren’t responsible for the state of the hotel, I could only assume management doesn’t upgrade anything, it’s very dated, smelled bad. Just very disappointing because I have stayed at a extended stay before and this was never the experience.

I had a great one-night stay and will definitely make a return stay

The room had several broken things lamp bed light toilet they did not have a person to fix the toilet so we had to drive to a gas station to use the restroom. On our last day the we had to move to another room and when we ask for bed linen they said we would have to come downstairs to get our selfs. I will never stay at any of this chaiins property shaun

I work at Publix on Daniel Island, SC. I travel to the area because I live so far and don’t have transportation so I stay locally during my work week. I am 61 year old female and travel alone. This is by far the best Extended Stay America in the area. No hassles ever! Check in smooth! No stress.

Clean place a little bit old kitchen but good enough.

I had to wait to check-in and check-out. There were no readily available employees. The lady that checked me in was nice, but gave me a handicapped room without giving me notice. It was just me, so I don't know why I was given that option. The room had an odor like you could tell the property was old. I had to purchase spray for the smell. There was no shower curtain. I was going to ask about that, but I just left it alone. I don't know if that is standard for a handicapped room. With that being said, when I would shower, there'd be water all over the floor that I had to use all my towels to soak up. The shower didn't drain properly, so water was left standing in the base. The lady that checked me out didn't ask about my stay nor did she smile. She didn't seem too happy. Guest like for employees to at least act like they care. Besides that, the room served its purpose.

It was nice and clean this is where I always stay at when we come to a concert! Price is good!Good customer service!
