爾舒755富豪汽車旅館(755 Regal Court Motel)

This is most horrid experience I have every had any accommodation. The woman manager was aggressive and threatening when I told her about not being able to shower as the water was far too hot. She threatened to call the police on me. There was no dish liquid and when said, she replied I should have told her the night before, and I said we didn’t need to do the dishes. No toilet paper, you are told to refil yourself, like the coffee etc. No office to go to in the morning only a cellphone. She came over and was screaming at me after I complained. Stay away. My 83 year old mother in law whom I bought down for a hospital appt is still shaking.

Best to avoid. Staff very unfriendly. Rooms were comfortable enough, but not fully serviced or cleaned. Having to ask for essentials as they were not filled up or just left empty, and it seemed like a big inconvenience. Walking distance to town but overall Very disappointing

This place is absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend to anyone, it was filthy, finger prints everywhere, mould and soap scum all over the shower curtain, would hate to imagine the last time this room would have actually been clean, yuck!

Although a no party policy a large loud group of 20 yr olds kept other guests up until almost 4am. Rooms were ok, but dirty skirting boards, carpets needed to be cleaned and dirty marks on the walls. There is no room servicing unless you request it, you need to get your own clean towels toilet paper and empty your own rubbish. It was slightly cheaper than other options but this was reflective in the service and standard of the motel. The reception staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful, but it is a motel being run on a tight budget.

This place felt like a student flat than a motel to stay. When we arrived the whole place was damp, cold and musty smelling. Bathroom was very dingy and you could see the mildew and mould on the roof. It did not feel clean at all and we got this vibe as we walked up the step. Gave both me and my child asthma attacks and everyone as come down with colds this following week.

We are from christchurch and drove to Dunedin for almost 5 hrs, we book 2 weeks before the date we should check in, and they gave us booking confirmation number, after we arrive in their motel they said they are fully booked and they didn't receive the booking confirmation even we showed our booking confirmation to reception. they just told us just drive around the city maybe we will find a motel vacancy for 2 adults and 2 kids. so we ended up drive around the city for almost 2 hours to find a motel vacancy since its very hard and all fully booked because its school holiday, luckily one of the motel owner ( I forgot his name but he is really nice guy ) that we inquire, he ask my number and posted to their Dunedin Motel owners chat group and help us to get a night to stay. Don't book here on this motel, me and my family have a terrible experience, not recommended. and for the motel owner that help us. thank you so much

In terms of the motel it is functional with large rooms a kitchenette a spa bath and a useful laundry. However the area is student land. They kept me awake until 4am shouting and creating havoc in George Road and the area on the walk into town is full of smashed glass, debris and generally filthy. I m afraid Dunedin is a blot on NZ landscape.
