哈文瓦特斯公寓汽車旅館(Haven Waters Motel & Apartments)

Slept like a log after a long drive from Brisbane. Sandy stayed open for our slightly late arrival and welcomed us with a very swift check in and directions to our unit. Comfortable unit, very clean. Only there for 13 hours, but it was a very welcome break from a long drive to Canberra.

Wish we could have stayed longer, we had a 2 bedroom unit it is fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the water hot. Beautiful garden setting and easy parking. While no meals are provided it has a full kitchen and there's a cafe 2 doors away. Definitely coming back.

Very clean which was very impressive Good location and close to Eateries and the peaceful river across the road. Great for walking around the area Very friendly staff

The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The stay was very enjoyable once again. We will return when in that area for another stay and will tell our Travelling Friends.

My enjoyable stay started with a friendly smile from Richard (the owner) at reception who also provided recommendations for afternoon walks and places to eat. The motel has a very ‘green’, well maintained and open feel - lots of spaces to sit and enjoy sunshine or a BBQ. My room had been refurbished and was very clean with crisp sheets on a comfy bed and everything you need - I appreciated the little extras like fresh milk and make-up remover pads. My stay was made even better by an afternoon walk along the lakeshore (across the road) to the beach - the kangaroos and dolphins were a highlight. A great little tapas bar / restaurant/ cafe which has good coffee, is a two minute walk away - yummy food for dinner and breakfast. So glad I found this great motel and area. Congratulations to Richard and Sandy - you’ve made your motel a pleasure to stay in. I’ll be recommending it to all my friends!
