Nice property with excellent staff. We were well taken care of on our visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great lobby area for visiting with family Easy parking made for an easy arrival add l in the rain. The market was a little low on snacks and drinks.

This Courtyard is located right off of the highway and has many restaurants around it. It was very clean and mostly quiet. They do have a Bistro in the hotel and a bar, should you need food and a drink. Pet friendly (and affordable pet fees!!!). The bed was very comfy. The gal who was working that night at the front desk wasn't the friendliest. I realize that it's difficult to find great employees these days, but she was the first/only person we interacted with that worked at the hotel and it wasn't pleasant. Maybe she was having an off day?! Overall the stay was fine.

This hotel is not bad but needs some TLC.the 3rd floor smelled of damp clothing. We rented a room and encountered a HUGE cockroach that was on the ceiling and went into the sprinkler system. We had literally only been there less than 10 minutes. Front desk acted immediately and moved our room. We were moved to the 1st floor. The bed was so loud it sounded like the springs were about to come out. The 2nd room was better and I didn’t feel like complaining about the worn bed. The room and floor definitely smelled better. When we were leaving the next morning, exterminators were outside.

A lot of money for little service. Less than 12 hours after arrival, our keys didn’t work. Down we went to get them fixed. No housekeeping unless you stay 3 or more days - so the tiny trash cans won’t even get emptied, and they can’t freshen a room? We asked in advance for extra towels in case no housekeeping was given - the towels were not in our room and we had to get them after arrival. Water pressure very weak,but at least there was hot water. Teeny tiny hand soap bar. Two Purelle towelettes, for what I don’t know. If they aren’t going to return to pre-Covid service, they need to drop their prices. A lot.
