軌道酒店，貝斯特韋斯特Trademark系列(The Orbit Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham)

The hotel has a welcoming staff with spacious common spaces and rooms. The Orbit stays true to its name, playing on the theme, with colors, wall coverings, and appointments reminiscent of the early 60's when there were 7 astronauts, a Mercury program, and a new organization called NASA. It sits in the shadow of the NASA Glenn Research Center and across the street from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast bar was well appointed with something for everyone to include an automatic pancake maker straight out of the Jetson's! I will be back.

It was easy to find, upon entry it was very beautiful and inviting. The car was so helpful and informative. Our room was very big, accommodating and felt very inviting. The breakfast was absolutely great! All in all, I would stay again and recommend.

We checked in on 9/14. The shower had one door, no carpet in the room it felt like a very cold environment in the room, the elevator was out of order and my sisite-in-law, and myself have hearth condition. We had to climb the stairs. Wilma, the representative at night desk was very rude. After approval from Wilma and *******, they cancelled our reservation, and we were on our way out to a different hotel. It has been over a month, and they have not credited my account yet. They are blaming everything on ******* which is not true.

The Orbit is a nice clean modern 60 s deco. Yes, I would stay here again over many other properties. The only issue I have is the noise. It’s way to close to the airport. Every 5 minutes I heard jet planes taking off. So I didn’t get much sleep at all. Hence not a 5 star rating.

Dining = DoorDash. It is isolated from everything else but it is a great location in and of itself -- great property -- and very convenient to rental cars and airport. Otherwise there is nothing nearby. Gorgeous decor. Super staff. Fantastic rooms and views of the airport, planes landing, if you like that (some people don't).

I changed hotels as we had a scheduled arrival at 11:10 PM and found few hotels that had shuttles up to midnite. Unfortuantely due to late first plane we arrived at 12:20 AM but a $20 cab ride was convenient for 1 mile. Hotel was part of the old Nasa facilities, Has interesting information on hotel. Room was spacious and had sep. little room with a lounge couch and tv with coffee counter (these rooms were converted from meeting rooms)

Unique property across the highway from airport. Downtown further away than anticipated. Arrived at 5:30 pm and room was not ready. Check-in was at 3pm. Not ready until about 6 pm and desk clerk not too concerned. Room was large (suite). Toilet sporadically emptied of water with loud bubbling sounds during all hours. Room keys did not work on second day. Would probably stay again because it was quirky and a good value, but more like an upscale dorm than regular hotel.
