沃斯堡北貝斯特韋斯特普拉斯酒店(Best Western Plus Fort Worth North)

Comforter on bed was visibly dirty, requested another one and got it quickly. Room smelled strongly of air freshener like they were trying to mask an odor. Balcony door would not slide open more than 2 inches. Tv and internet in room both would not connect. (Tv got 3 local channels and nothing beyond that. Would connect with WiFi info given and it would say connected but “no internet”.) Shower had multiple hairs on wall and floor. Breakfast was inedible. Staff was friendly enough, location overall in good condition and seemed clean, pool was fine. Room was definitely not up to par for being double or more the price of the other two neighboring hotels. I never ever complain and this was awful, cannot recommend.

Hotel limpio, tranquilo y parqueadero seguro, lo mejor No huele a cigarrillo ni *********, el colchón y las almohadas de nuestra habitación estaban increíbles limpias y suaves , el televisor gigante. Volvería. El desayuno regular como en todos los hoteles nada especial.

El piso del baño no estaba limpio y nos encontramos tramos animalitos en la habitación del primer piso

The only thing that aggravated me was the stupid tv & trying to figure out how to find channels that I wanted to watch. So many different groups of channels, one only had 6 channels, we found the channel guide but couldn’t get to the channel we wanted. No instructions on how to navigate. Great place though, when we need to be in the area, we’ll come back to this one. Staff very nice.

Check in was very easy, breakfast was good with Texas shaped waffles! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and shower was hot. It was pretty nice after a day of driving.

My ex was able to hack into my account and use all my points and I called before he checked in but was unable to cancel or resolve the situation. This company should be able to handle a situation like that! I saved all my points for my child’s graduation and lost all of them.

The front desk was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was a plus very good. We had a great weekend

When entering the room and unpacking our belongings along with food there was black mold in the small fridge that had to be cleaned. The toilet was not working properly and the tv remote was difficult to understand how to use in order to watch tv. Guide would not come up and it was just weird, we ended up just pushing all the buttons and at one point one button I pushed had channels but later on in the evening when I tried to watch tv again it didn’t work. So frustrating. Breakfast was great, loved the Texas waffle. We had to move the microwave in order for it to work because where it was plugged it kept cutting off cuz of the electricity. Also there was black mold around the bathroom tub. The beds we’re comfortable. I would recommend looking over your room and using the appliances first if you choose to stay here

Great place for an overnight or two. Rooms were clean, hotel smelled good, lots of dining in a couple of miles. Easy access and parking. I would stay again.
