The festival beautifully showcased the rich and diverse flavors from every corner of India, from the vibrant streets of Kolkata to the aromatic spices of Kerala. With over 100 traditional delicacies curated by their talented chefs, I was delighted by dishes like Kolkata Puchka, Puttu with Kadla Curry, Litti Chokha, Pav Bhaji, and more. Each dish was a celebration of India’s culinary heritage and tasted absolutely divine. The live music nights on Sunday added an extra layer of enjoyment, making the entire evening even more special. The ambiance at the Seventh Sense Restaurant was perfect for this culinary journey. Highly recommend visiting and experiencing this festival.
