豹子平原酒店(Leopard Plains)

Einzigartiges Erlebnis!! Die Anlage ist überragend. Vom Service, der gefühlt immer sehr privat/individuell ist, über das offene Ambiente, freilaufende Tiere, Pool, das ausgezeichnete Essen, bis hin zu einem sehr guten Guide, der zu jedem Tier etwas zu sagen wusste, ist alles einfach Spitze. Besonders möchte wir dabei Grace hervorheben die uns persönlich betreute, mit der wir abends am Lagerfeuer über Gott und die Welt geredet haben.

Un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons eu la chance de séjourner pendant 2 nuits! Nous avons été accueillis avec un verre de bienvenue, présentation du lodge, des activités ... par un personnel présent, à l'écoute, disponible. Les chalets sont très spacieux et joliment décorés. Les lits sont confortables. Nous sommes au milieu de la nature. Les repas sont excellents, tout comme le petit déjeuner. Le dernier soir tout le staff nous a salué avec des danses et chats locaux. Nous avons passé un agréable moment autour du feu avec eux. Moment de partage inoubliable. Je recommande le Léopard Plains Lodge à 200%.

We stayed at Leopard Plains in June 2022, only now getting round to writing this review due to life getting in the way! We spent 3 nights in one of the safari tents, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Food was freshly cooked and delicious. We had a day just chilling at our tent, watching Kudu and Impala walking to the waterhole not far away. We also went on the trip to Nxai Pan and Baines Baobabs. We really enjoyed our trip to the Baobabs, it was quite a long day but so worth it.

The lodge is situated close to the Nxai Pan and Makgadigadi National Parks, which are both absolutely worth a visit. The staff is warm and welcoming, the tents are good, with very comfortable beds, and the food is great! Our guide, David, was excellent.

Il Leopard Plains si trova in un luogo lontano da tutto, dove ci si sente davvero nel cuore dell'Africa. Intorno, solo bush. Le tende sono grandi, spaziose, dotate di tutto il necessario senza fronzoli. Pulite, ben arredate nella loro semplicità ed essenzialità. Intorno alla tenda, all'area comune e alla piscina ci sono impala, orici e kudu. Lo staff è disponibile, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare le richieste dell'ospite. Avevo chiesto che venisse preparata una torta per il compleanno di mio marito e , in aggiunta alla torta ( buonissima) ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino. Il lodge è perfetto per rilassarsi, vedere animali direttamente dalla propria tenda o mentre si cena, fare un safari nella riserva ( dove fare un aperitivo con vista su un meraviglioso tramonto) e visitare il Makgadikgadi NP. Grazie a tutto lo staff è un saluto speciale a Nana!

We spent 2 nights in this wonderful lodge, coming from Nxai Pan, going to Moremi. Our tent was top notch, very clean and comfortable, very large and good bed. We loved the food, all was delicious, from breakfast over lite bites for lunch and diner. The game walks were great, with a lot of birds, antelopes, gnu. Only the game drives (on the lodge ground) could not match what we were used to see in Makgadikgadi or Nxai Pan. All were extremely friendly, helpful and the manager couple a joy to meet. Thank you all!

Leopard Plains is a great spot for many, many reasons: it's centrally located between the major wildlife hotspoits; its staff and management are superb and go way above the normal call of duty; the rooms are huge, spotless and really easy; the wildlife on the property is fantastic; and the list goes on... I'll definitely be back.

Rob and Carina are very professional and extremely friendly.The food is excellent and the tents are gorgeous.Housekeeping is fantastic,everything very clean. The gamedrives are amazing.Best stay in Botswana. Keep on going like you do.

Von der Teerstraße geht es ca. 1 km bis zur Anlage, im Zentrum liegen Bar, Pool und Essbereich. Die einzelnen Zelte sind (hinter einem aktuell kaum sichtbaren Wasserloch) großzügig über das Gelände verteilt und stehen mit viel Abstand zueinander. Ganz bequem kann man das Auto direkt vor dem Zelt mit betonierter Bodenplatte parken. Die Tiere laufen zu fast jeder Zeit gemütlich an den Zelten vorbei. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, aber gepflegt, alles war sauber. Falls es windig ist, kann man das natürlich an den Zeltwänden hören. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch liebevoll zubereitet, die Bar bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Buchung einer Lunchbox, das ist ein riesiges Teil mit super leckerem Essen und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (für wenig Geld). Wirklich gut ist die Lage zwischen den beiden Nationalparks. Wir konnten uns vorab nicht entscheiden, welchen wir besuchen wollen und haben daher Leopard Plains gewählt, was wir nicht bereut haben.
