克里斯塔毛恩酒店(Cresta Maun Hotel)

For 3years we have been coming to Cresta Maun to celebrate a birthday. Last Year 2023(March 3rd) we passed by Cresta Maun Resort for a Pre birthday Dinner. We were served by Ingenuity Tlotlo who by then was a trainee waiter! We assumed since he was wearing black and white. We were intrigued by his name😊. 1year Down the line we came back to Cresta Maun Resort for a Post birthday dinner celebration( March 29th 2024) and we were lucky to spot Ingenuity Tlotlo! who also served us. This time around on a Cresta Uniform💃. On both occasions we received great service from him.Well organised , smiley and went an extra mile. We will come again March 2025. We hope to meet him and your lovely team soon.

We are lifetime world travellers, but our safari stays at four Desert and Delta camps (3 nights each) in Botswana was the trip of a lifetime. But after the long journey to Maun, we figured a rest stop could be beneficial, and the Cresta Maun did not disappoint. The premises were clean and comfortable with a garden view over open fields, and he staff was pleasant and efficient. Transportation to and from the airport was easy, and the drive to the hotel provided a look at rural/suburban Botswana - an excellent complement to the safari experience. Botswana is a very special peaceful and friendly place, and the Cresta Maun provided a lovely introductory experience.

Booked 3 nights on line dinner, bed and breakfast. Friendly staff, excellent food. Lovely modern hotel with nice views and layout. On line booking system a concern as the info of our special request and deposit paid dud not pull through. I was extremely frustrated with this and escalto their management. They apologized and dud their best to make our stay pleasant. Overall a very nice relaxing stay. Would recommend.

Our stay was known for the great service. On my second day I fell while on a safari and broke my wrist. While the safari company was not helpful the reception staff at the hotel called an ambulance and arranged for my wrist to be checked, x-rayed and treated. The hospital service in Botswana is wonderful. Our original room was a little small so I would recommend booking a suite. We were moved to a suite on day 2 as one became available. It was large and well suited to our needs. We stayed around the hotel instead of going on safari for the next couple of days and staff again were very helpful arranging for a taxi to take us shopping etc. The meals were excellent and the dining area had great views of that part of the delta. We would stay here again

Overall very clean hotel with excellent food service with healthy options. The hotel has great amenities such as a usable gym and a small plunge pool. The rooms are cozy, neat, clean and with everything you need enjoy your trip. Loved that it also has an award for sustainability, and its always good to support businesses that try to reduce their impact on the environment.

I had the most beautiful stay during my visit to Maun and the service was well above my expectation. Also, the staff was so welcoming with those good smiles. The location of the hotel is well placed and good for business stay.

When we arrived everyone was so friendly. The hotel and rooms were very nice and clean. The buffet dinner had lots of options and great desserts. We only stayed one night, but I would absolutely return if I am back in Maun.

I like d everything about the hotel, the rooms were nice, location is also very nice, however, you need to change and introduce smart tv with access to streaming services for entertainment. i take nothing away
