Holiday Inn 北安普頓(Holiday Inn Northampton)

Sought a personal service to book direct for an extra night and was sent away unhelpfully. Very take it or leave it. So I left.

Pleasent stay, easy parking and check in. Clean and large room.

Good and clewn environment with good customer service.

Great Location

Booked for two nights and left after one. On arrival the room had a random dirty fridge inside, no kettle, no mugs, no ironing board. In the morning I established that the shower had no head and the hotel was unable to provide an alternative. They also weren't able to provide the ironing board so I had to leave without a shower and with a creased shirt! Each time I was at reception others were complaining (hole in roof, soaking wet carpet, wrong rooms). When I checked out a day early the manager didn't seem overly bothered.

L'hotel non è niente di speciale, camere piccole e non molto pulite. Colazione piuttosto minima ma soprattutto camere gelide, da non dormire dal freddo (nonostante stufetta e fan coil). Prezzo esagerato per il servizio. Personale molto gentile però. Magari in estate non fa così freddo...

Hotel della catena holiday inn conforme agli standard. Pulito e personale molto gentile. Apprezzati i biscotti come benvenuto trovati in camera. Colazione classica anglosassone, con possibilità di ordinare anche omelette direttamente in cucina.

What a find. I stayed three nights. The hotel was immaculately clean.The bed was really comfortable and the pillows soft yet supportive. The outstanding feature must be, without a shadow of a doubt, the staff. Always helpful, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. One reception staff member helped me bring my bags in ( I a always look as though I am going away for a month.) Another helped re TV. The outstanding star for me was Lydia, the breakfast supervisor. Just fabulous. What a special lady. Oversaw the breakfasts with a professional and efficient friendliness and believe me, it was like herding sheep!!! Jamuil the finance assistant, friendly, funny, so helpful just mucked in anywhere and everywhere. A really special stay for a major brand who can reflect often as bland. IHG, the staff here are outstanding from housekeeping to front of house, from chef, bar and restaurant. They deserve recognition. As The Terminator ' said. ' I'll be back''.

Just spent two nights at this hotel with positive result all round. Our understanding was that they had just reopened following a couple of years closed for other purposes. From our arrival to departure we were made to feel most welcome by all concerned. Room was clean and well appointed with a good quality breakfast. The icing on the cake was the personal touches from the restaurant staff who went out of their way to ensure we had all we required. Well done
