海灣隱居點(The Hideaway Hull Bay)

We truly found a hidden gem. I looked at a number of hotels on the island, and ultimately chose this one as it looked like it would best serve our family. From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed in Villa 2 and I think the kids officially want to move here. Huge 3bd/3ba villa with beautiful finishes, big wrap around porch, tall ceilings, and all the amenities. You can walk steps to the beach, which contrary to some of the review I read is an incredible beach! The grounds are lush, villas are adorable, and the common area, pool, and restaurant just made this stay perfection.

Exactly as described in the pictures. Has a very good restaurant right next to it called The Shack. Beach is right next to the property with access to beach chairs and towels. Overall a good stay. Would have loved if they had a small coffee shop on the premises with extended hours.

The location of the property, Hull Bay, is unique and beautiful in itself. The property is inviting and serene and gives one a feeling of relaxing and really disconnecting from hecticness. The gardens really accentuate that feeling. I would return again, hopefully in the near future.

Amazingly peaceful resort. We loved the pool, lush grounds and the private cottage we had. The beach across tree street wasn’t the best but we loved having access to that. Nice little beach bar close by as well. The only negatives were they weren’t flexible at all with a slightly early check in and wanted us to pay a large sum to do so. Also, the breakfast isn’t included and was a bit underwhelming which was a drawback. However, they really thought of everything for guests outside these small issues. They offer yard games, board games, lotion etc by a nice lounge common area.

Absolutely GORGEOUS property! The plants, trees, and vegetation throughout the property are a sight to be seen. The distance to the beach is perfect and love the two bars and restaurants located close by as they do not offer on demand room service. Pro tip is that you need to rent a car in order to stay here unless you want to only be at this property and not leave. Last tip - bring extra snacks and drinks because it’s impossible to get anything there after 9pm! Overall an amazing place to stay, modern, with incredible wildlife and plant life. (:

We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this property it really was very clean and safe we would have liked to have at least a midweek cleaning without having to pay. It is a hands off facility you have to be self sufficient! We loved the beach here it is amazing would recommend this place over and over!!! Can’t wait to come back! Bungalow style, really needs a table and kitchenette to cook a little will definitely need to get groceries and snacks due to location other than that we had everything we needed!! There wasn’t a lot going on due to the time of year but we were cool with that! Absolutely Amazing!!!

The place was adorable. We were right by the pool and they had everything you need poolside (games, ice water, floats). Hammock outside the room with patio. Super cozy!!

The property is indeed a hideaway. So much so, you have a really hard time finding it. There is no signage and when you eventually call for directions, they direct you to The Shack and tell you they are next door to it. They do send check-in instructions that have some assistance with directions, but only send these an hour before check in. Also, if you’re scared of driving on the left side of the road and up and down steep hills… This was like staying in an airbnb in a community of airbnbs. You can text or call a number for assistance but if you need anything more than extra towels or to unclog your shower you’re kinda on your own. While we were there, cockroaches, ants and mosquitoes were rampant, and though they came to spray one day, it didn’t deter them. It was like we went glamping. For the last 3 nights of our 5 night stay there was a “community event” which blasted music at 75decibels (we checked an app) and when we asked the staff when we could expect it to be finished, they responded rudely, telling us that we should embrace the “local culture” and go have a drink at The Shack (which is their overpriced establishment) where you pay $22 for a 12” pizza. Upside: Chef Risa and the farm to table meal was AMAZING! Definitely do it even though it’s crazy expensive. The pool was also great. In sum: It’s not worth the money. Stay in Magens Bay - you’re gonna pay the same but the beaches are better (no rocks or drunk locals) and better restaurants.

Hull Bay is excellent. At the price range, cottage was decent. Dinner was fine.
