普利茅斯舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Plymouth)

This is a decent hotel for the price and it's very comfortable, however it is in need of a detailed clean and upgrade. The fridge does not get very cold, the toilets are weak, the wallpaper is peeling and there's plenty of mold to be found in the showers. But the bed is comfortable and rooms are quiet. Plenty of parking. I had a early checkout at 5:00 a.m. and nobody was there to check me out so I ended up leaving my room keys on the front desk.

We had problems with our check-in. However, the staff was diligent, positive and courteous and eventually got us checked in. I would say our room was average -nothing bad but nothing exceptionally good. There were a few noises in the night. But, overall a good stay.

The first room they gave us the toilet overflowed. The lady at check in was very nice until we told her about the toilet. Acted like it was our fault. There was a plunger in the bathroom so that tells you there was already a problem. 2nd room, bathroom door looked like someone punched or kicked a hole in it. 2 lamps didn’t work, hair dryer tripped the GFI numerous times. Shower was extremely slippery. Hotel really needs updating.

I booked a 5 day rental not knowing when I would have to leave while I was dealing with a family health issue. I mentioned it up front at check in. On the fourth day my wife mentioned that we would be leaving a day early to the front desk. The answer was that they would not be refunding because went through a third party to get the reservation. When we checked out the front desk said they would credit us the last day. I was glad they decided to do this.

Room was not fully clean. Toilet handle was broken, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, mold in the shower. Check in staff was great. When I went to check out, no one was at the desk, I rang the bell, and waited like 5 mins. I finally just put the key cards on the counter and left. Super disappointed in my stay.

The location and closeness to all roads and I-275 were ideal. Staff very friendly and informative. The only negative was the MAJOR construction on I-275. The hotel is getting dated, and we were told by staff of a coming major remodel which would be appreciated.

Why was I not offered a refund from *******. You were out of power and I had to find another hotel! Just terrible!!

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Shower was covered in many black hairs so that was off putting. Everything else was good.

I liked the easy access to the property since it is close to the highway's, but the hotel is very old and needs improvements and updating
