Very noisy people next door with a dog left the dog alone for hours dog was barking and whining will never stay there again

it was clean and I could bring my dog

Couldnt use the vending machine because it was a cashless hotel and i only had $50 on me. The pool was closed. They said it was supposed to be on the website but it wasnt. We came up to take our neices swimming and they were heartbroken. Staff never seemed friendly when we stay. I may have to start looking for a different hotel to stay on our trips to Muskegon now.

The front desk clerks were truly kind and friendly. It's actually rare in the hotel world to have people who are that welcoming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean minus the fake nail found under the alarm clock. Everything at the breakfast was good minus the omlets, they didn’t taste very good. You should update the tvs to have Netflix or something on them and you definitely need a charger port next to the bed.

I canceled my 2nd night and the front desk said canceling just needed to be done before 11am. I booked at the Delta Marriott thru you *******, so i would like credit back for Hampton Inn. I got drowned by 2 shower heads aimed into the bathroom. I am not handicapped, it was just what was available. Doors were slamming up until 2 am and i am staying here because i csme for a funeral. Please reply

The stay was great but very disappointed in the holiday, take and go breakfast that consisted of an apple and a bottle of water. I appreciate that you give your breakfast staff the day off, but you could provide better food options in the bags.

Quiet, comfortable beds and pillows, pet friendly, kind and caring staff, clean bathrooms and living space. Had a little bug problem in my room. Was moved right away when the problem was identified.
