This hotel was very well located and spotlessly clean. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It is also close to the ferry landing to Wisconsin. There is very little in the way of a view outside the hotel windows, but they never promised one! I would definitely stay here again.

The location to the Frauenthal and downtown entertainment is amazing.
We stayed here this time last year too. Last year there was an "incident" where the police were called in but was contained to a conference room.
This year we returned to find the hotel surrounded by police.
I am not sure if this is normal in Muskegon. We did not feel safe and there was no explanation when we asked at the front desk.

Delta Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. The staff was friendly and caring and always ready to lend a hand. We would definitely stay there again!

The room very clean & housekeeping was excellent, I did not like the fridge with the 2hr timer, and would have liked a small microwave to warm coffee or leftovers.
Other than that, we had a very good experience. 😊

Disappointed that the elevator was broken and so was the hot tub. The only reason we booked was because of the hot tub, and to get there and the elevator was down on a holiday weekend was very disappointing.
