No parking pay extra on parking centre of city

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel abbastanza comodo, si può raggiungere a piedi il centro città ed è in una zona tranquilla. Unica negatività, che sta diventando una ricorrenza in vari hotel, è che non rifanno la camera e siamo rimasti due notti.

I often use Premier Inn hotels, but the 3 night stay I've just had stay at Norwich Duke Street didn't come up to my expectations. Our room was far too warm, even with the window open and the provided pedestal fan running constantly. I mentioned this to the chap in reception when checking out this morning and I was told that this is known problem with the building which customers frequently complain about, even in the winter. He went on to say that the they put portable air conditioners in the premier plus rooms and suggested that next time I book one of these. I don't think this is an acceptable answer. Why should I have to pay extra to be comfortable when there is a known issue with the temperature of the rooms?

As a fellow Premier Inn Staff member up at Nottingham is was blown away by the attentiveness of the entire team that looked after me and my partner on our weekend stay!! Me and my partner stayed for his birthday and I planned on surprising him with decorating the room! The team offered to decorate the room for me however I asked if they could blow up some balloons and look after a cake for me. Me and the nights team had a real giggle passing balloons along the corridor to my room at 5:30am trying not to wake up my partner and it was so so appreciative they even found a way to keep my cake cool as to not let it spoil in the room. There wasn’t anything that the team weren’t happy to do and they were all chatty and just brilliant! They even did us a little PIWOW after all of that!!! Massive shout out to Linda and Tracey for make sure everything ran smoothly for me and a big Thankyou to the team Michel, Raluca and Sylvia for making for helping out and being so wonderful! I really appreciate everything you all did for me and for my partner I can’t thankyou enough!! Can’t wait to stay again!!

We had a premier plus room which was quiet and spacious. There was a Nespresso machine and fridge with water. The bathroom was clean and seemed new with powerful shower. Very comfortable bed, air con, a very quiet and dark room. Superb value when booked in advance. All staff members were efficient and very friendly. Close to city centre and parking although this is not cheap. We will certainly stay here next time we are in Norwich.

Great welcome when booking in and a clean room. Comfy bed, super soft pillows and a spacious room. Only negatives would be how hot the room was. There is a fan but this only moves the hot air around. The window only opens slightly. Worth paying for an air conditioned room. The breakfast is unlimited and worth paying for. Hot and cold food with a wide range of drinks. Secure, quiet and the staff are really friendly.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a trip with friends. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the city centre. My room was clean and comfortable with a large comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facility and bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. This is the first Premier Inn I've stayed in without an air conditioner in the room. The window does open a crack though and a powerful fan is provided. Lots of comments mention the heat, the rooms are very warm for sleeping, although to be fair, they offer to swap your quilt for sheets. My main problem was the parking issue. There is a multi-storey car park next door which is operated by the council. Being city centre, it is of course, brutally expensive. While the hotel can't be held responsible for this, I think it's a real shame that there is no reduction for hotel customers as there are in other Premier Inns. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the hotel was pleasant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
