諾丁漢普瑞米爾酒店-倫敦路(Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road))

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to a wedding. The rooms were really good value and the hotel is in a great location. It’s close to the city centre and next to the arena. I’d asked for a quiet room and got one. I think it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had at a Premier Inn. The only small downside was the cooked breakfast. It just tasted like cheap food. However the continental breakfast was excellent. Very fresh. But I think the staff make this place. They were always at the desk and it felt friendly and personal. They even remembered as we left we’d been to a wedding. It’s the small things that make a place great and not good. Totally would stay here again.

I was most annoyed at the amount of sleep I got. I was staying in room 305 and the heater was making a loud banging noise like someone was hitting a piece of metal with a stick. When I complained in the morning the staff were aware of an issue but waiting for it to be sorted. Can’t fault the staff for friendliness and helpfulness. Just a pity this heater ruined our sleep and we did not feel refreshed in the morning, we felt the exact opposite

Stayed at hotel for event at arena staff were amazing especially the two working that night think it was Lorraine and Michelle single handed running the bar restaurant front desk only down fall need more staff . They were run off their feet from start to finish hats off to them both with excellent customer service

Brilliant staff, namely Lorraine & Michelle, very friendly and helpful, I always use this hotel whenever I’m in town. Food is always of good quality, promptly served and for the money the breakfasts are second to none and you can have as much as you can eat, perfect way to start the day.

I have stayed in dozens of Premier Inns over the years and found them to be universally good - you get what you pay for. However, this was not the case here where we paid £141 for accommodation, without breakfast. As mentioned in other reviews, our sleep was disturbed by a radiator which "clicked" throughout the night whenever it came on. The bathroom had paint peeling off all the skirting boards and cobwebs on the ceiling. The worst feature was a complete lack of any hot water on the evening just before we were due to go out, so impossible to shower.

As always a great night's sleep. The staff especially Lorraine and Michelle were fantastic. I travel a lot and this place always makes me smile. The location beside the canal makes it a relaxing stop over. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. A great place.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the cot was in a good condition as well! It was very quiet and the staff were lovely and very helpful! A great place to stay. There was also lots of parking

I tend to travel regularly and Premier Inn iis always my favourite. However, this is by far the worst customer service orientated Premier Inn. Let's start with the beginning, my internet was not working so couldn't do the booking, I've arrived at reception and I've been communicated that they can't do the booking, and the only way to book it's online ( bizarre), in the end after 20 minutes a new receptionist appear and suprise she creates a booking. The rooms are nicely and the place and view of the restaurant is to die for. At 19:00 I decided to get some food, upon going down reception full of passengers to be checked in, people waiting to be sat at the restaurant, but guess what not even ONE employee at either reception or restaurant, after long time wait to be sat down they tell me they are fully booked (with only 3 tables) and that I should come back at 20:00 (no problem), waiting for right time to go down, surprise again a whole disaster no employees to be found, people waiting at reception, people waiting at restaurant. Now it's 21:34 I've sat down looking at the menu for past 40 minutes. I've got myself an uber east in the room in the end. This might be the first hotel that manages itself. Overall, the room and bed is good value, 8 min walk from train station and majority of surroundings. Beautiful view, such a shame to lakc completely even the most basic customer service.

Brilliant hotel the staff where really friendly made my stay very welcome one staff in particular Lorraine she was amazing was really helpful during my stay I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay there if there ever in the city
