蕾絲市場酒店(Lace Market Hotel)

可愛的酒店 - 無法找到更好的位置，遺憾的是房間的大小（浴室還可以）但臥室非常緊湊。到目前為止，最糟糕的問題是沒有可用的空調。那是一個炎熱的夜晚，儘管房間裡有空調，但無論我們嘗試什麼，我們都無法讓它工作。由於天氣炎熱，在我們逗留期間，睡眠是一種稀缺商品。如果我們預訂的時間超過一晚，如果沒有空調，我就不會再睡在那個房間裡了。

這是我第二次住在這裡，我會再次入住，房間很小，但有你需要的一切。工作人員很友好，樂於助人

This is a nice, quirky little hotel. The staff were good and everything was clean and neat. The only things that let it down for me were the following: • the lift is tiny, slow, and not always functioning and for the floor I was on, I couldn’t take the main staircase, I had to have a staff member grant me access to another one via the pub next door (same business). • I was in a single occupancy room which was fine, but the bed was very short - I’m 6"3 and my feet hung off the end. • the shower was near impossible to gauge the temperature of, it was either red hot or freezing. • the room itself was quite stuffy and the window did not open. I was provided with a fan, which was fine, but not a fan less than 3ft from the bed blowing cold air at you isn’t the same as fresh air. For the price the hotel charged I would’ve expected a little bit better overall.

Perfect hotel for a night out in Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and professional. Would have preferred a room not on the ground floor next to the road but I can’t say there were any issues with noise or privacy. Bed and pillows a bit firm for my preference but you can’t please everyone! I would definitely return.

A lovely hotel located in the busy area of the lace market. A warm welcome was given upon my arrival with a swift check-in. My room was located on floor 3 with the lift only going to floor 2, so one set of stairs to negotiate, however, once my luggage was in this wasn't an issue. My room was very clean and comfortable, I was appreciative of the fan in the room as the weather was really hot, during my stay. Breakfast was superb, one of the best i have had for a long time, all served with a smile :-)

房間沒有可打開的窗戶，也沒有可以打開的百葉窗，所以房間裡沒有自然光。房間外的走廊有可怕的下水道氣味。房間很熱，有一個笨重的空調裝置，但在睡覺時聲音太大，無法運作。但更糟的是淋浴間的玻璃肥皂盤掉了下來，摔碎了，割傷了我的腳。跟你一起洗澡時玻璃碎了一點也不好玩！ 優點是房間很乾淨，裝潢很有品味

辦理入住時工作人員非常粗魯，並且在整個住宿期間都不熱情。儘管房間很乾淨而且床很舒服，但房間太熱而且很吵。我入住後幾個小時，工作人員給我打電話，並不是說我們希望您度過愉快的時光，而是說您是否從迷你吧拿走了一些東西。

Service was excellent- staff helpful day and night- beautiful cupcakes and a bottle of gin waiting for us in our room- many thanks to the wonderful people working at this hotel

Third time in this hotel working three years and condition goes down every time. It is quite nice boutigue hotel, but needs renovation. Location is greate to go around Nottingham. Helpfull staff.
