本迪恩克酒店(Bentinck Hotel)

My wife and I were in Nottimgham for the night to see a show. The Bentinck is opposite the train station and close to a Tesco and various shops, bars , restaurants etc. It is a boutique hotel. Stylish and a bit querky. The room was lovely and big( even had a fireplace and mantlepiece). Continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Expect a bit of noise weekend evenings outside but other than that, a good experience.

Recently stayed here for the 1st time due to having a night away and it being close to amenities and next to the train station. We checked in and the staff were lovely and polite. Our room was lovely and clean with an en-suit and a good selection of drinks the pillow was a little hard but I'm not complaining as I still had a good nites sleep. We came down for breakfast and choose to pay additional cost for a full english which was cooked perfectly the staff were lovely attentive and polite. It does have a few stairs to climb to certain rooms so this could be a disadvantage to some but it didn't bother us we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a wonderful time, friendly staff, clean, good food, comfortable accomodations, and a great location to city center, buses, and the rail. Kudos to Luke, Rosie, and Louise for making our stay enjoyable! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Nottingham

I stayed here on a visit to the city. Excellent value, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable and very conveniently placed for both city centre and the railway station. Would recommend and will definitely stay here when next in Nottingham.

This hotel has a very central location, almost on top of Nottingham station, so if you have an early train or you are there for the night life, the location appears to be good. If you are travelling to Nottingham, by car, not only does the hotel not have any parking, but the hotel is not reachable by road due to bus only zones in the very centre of the city. Parking is therefore limited to an NCP over the bus station or another car park near the railway station at high overnight cost. The rooms appear to be a reasonable size, but it was clear that the hotel had not had a refit for a number of years. The range did not have ensuite bathrooms, which is a fairly basic requirement when travelling with your family instead several rooms shared a toilet and shower. The floor tiles were actually coming loose in the shower and grouting has not been completed properly. The walls of the shower were dirty. The shower door was loose and would not move easily. The biggest problem at this hotel is the noise from the street. As you could see from the exterior pictures, the hotel is old-fashioned in appearance that has sash windows which do not shut out any noise from the street. Unfortunately, I found myself woken several times during the night from about 2 am and then completely unable to sleep from 5 am on a Sunday morning, when the nearby Tesco express had a food delivery from a truck which had a generator running. When I told the staff that I had not slept well , they immediately finished my sentence and said it must be due to the noise. They did not attempt to put it right. There was a continental breakfast which was okay. As soon as food coverings were removed, it was clear that flies were a problem in the breakfast room. I will not consider this hotel in the future.

I booked this hotel last minute as I was working in Nottingham for a couple of days and this hotel was right next to work and the train station. I booked a double room, and I didn't expect to get the biggest room in the hotel to myself. The room was clean, had a huge comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, bathroom with a shower, sofa, and fold out double bed. A continental breakfast was included, which included a range of pastries, fruit, cereals, toast, and juice. A cooked breakfast was also available for an additional cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were easy. My only negative about this hotel was that there were a lot of stairs and no lift, although the member staff did carry my suitcase Tony room on the top floor. I would therefore say that this hotel wouldn't be good for anyone with mobility issues or that would struggle with stairs. Apart from this, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

I stepped off the train and straight into the Bentinck. The staff were very friendly, sharing lots of tips for places to visit (tourism and food/drinks etc). The room was clean and tidy and I appreciated the cleaning team coming in each day to top up towels etc. They do a lovely continental breakfast too! The one thing I would recommend is adding hand soap in the bathroom, it was a but strange having to climb in the shower to get body wash to clean my hands! I will definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return one day.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. The service and food was amazing for the price . We have done alot of afternoons teas but we felt this was one of the best. Lovely decor . Big bright Windows and sofas etc . Great staff with a smile .
