Encontré el hotel muy mejorado. La habitación muy limpia y completa. Nada que ver con las veces anteriores que estaba muy deteriorada. Por casualidad me encontré a la GOVERNANTE.. MDM ASIA.. que me pregunto si necesitaba alguna cosa.. Parece otro hotel.

Bonjour, on a reservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. un petit lit a été mis a notre disposition pour ma fille. il n'y avait pas de draps pour ce petit lit mais on nous l'a ramené apres avoir fait la demande. le matin a notre reveil, notre fille s'est plaints de mot de dos a cause de certaines bosses sur le matelat. apres verification, on s'est rendu compte qu'il s'agissait de ressors extrement dur qui resortent. je me sentais mal car ma fille avait dormi la dessus toute la nuit. j'aurai du verifier le matelas a notre arrivée. a part de cet incident, le personel etait courtois et serviable.

L’eau était froide, il fallait faire plusieurs appels pour que le technicien se présente. L’eau était rouillée. J’ai demandé un fer à repasser que normalement devrait être dans la chambre qui m’a été remis sur demande. Le lendemain, je me suis couchée vers 21h car nous avons un vol le matin de bonheur, on frappe à la porte à 22h 30 pour récupérer le fer à repasser. Je n’ai pas pu dormir après. Mauvais service et mauvaise expérience. Aucune attention aux petits détails. Je demande des bouteilles d’eau, on m’apporte 2 chaudes de 0,33 L alors qu’on est 3 dans la chambre. Je n’y retournerai jamais

I wasn’t expecting much from the hotel but needed a bed and the convenience of a free shuttle due to an unexpected long layover in Casablanca. The appoin**ents in the lobby were nice, the restaurant (and service) were good, and the pool was great. Not much nearby, but we managed to find a coffee shop, a snack shop, and a small market nearby.

This is an adequate place to stay before a flight . Rooms are ok , service less then expected at an airport hotel . Front desk staff was slow and not very friendly . Some have said Terrible - not that bad but could use some training - took 15-20 minutes to check in . Also no towels in room and quite difficult to get addressed. Restaurant ok

We had to fight for several hours just to get towels for our room. There is a language barrier little English speaking. Basically they are very disorganized in the reception and dining area. East to get to auroort
